It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very generous and delicious. The greatest part were the very friendly and helpful staff, Yanis, Micheal, Demi all of them were such beautiful hearted people.

Everything was amazing Nothing

We were treated like royalty! Our room was upgraded to a room with two bathrooms which was amazing for our group! The staff went above and beyond for us. They helped us with our bags all the time. They provided great recommendations for things for us to do and what days to do it. The shuttle to downtown Fira made getting around very easily. Rooms were clean and the breakfast served to our room was great! We loved everything at this property! Nothing bad to say!

Amazing stay in Santorini. The staff has been incredible. They helped to arrange transfer from the airport to the hotel. We arrived early in the morning and to our surprise the room was ready so we did not have to wait until the afternoon for check in. We were given a map of the island with recommendations of things to do. We were taken to our room and shown everything. All our questions were answered. They brought home cooked daily breakfast to the room which was amazing. We needed to wash clothes and for a fee, we gave them our laundry and they took care of the rest. The next day we realized that renting a car would be better for us to get around the island. They helped arrange for the car rental. The car was brought to the hotel and off we went to explore. The hotel is right in the middle of the island. You go right and in a few minutes you're in Fira. You go left and Pyrgos, beaches etc are minutes away. There is a public bus stop less than a minute from the hotel if needed. There is a bakery right next to the hotel and a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. My wife and children enjoyed the pool. We slept well with no noise even though it's close to a busy road. Definitely would stay here again if we have an opportunity in the future. Love Greek hospitality. Wifi was terrible. We had almost no connectivity in the room. I'm sure this could be eaily corrected if they try. Also the hotel is in front of a very busy road. Exercise care if crossing the road.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Love the complimentary shuttle to Fira. Pool was nice and shower was good. The breakfast to the room was extra bonus, but didn't get what I ordered either, but no big issues.

Beautiful property and location with the best view ever. Easy to get to. Close to ferry port. Very short drive to airport. Free shuttle to and from city center in Firà for great shopping and dining, etc. But even better than that, the property management make you feel like you are home. Anastasia was very welcoming and accommodating to our request. The best concierge service that you can ask for. N/A

Welcoming and cooperative staff, starting from Anastasia at the reception desk. Cleaning crew at the apartments were not thorough.

Perfect professionalism, great facilities

It was our honeymoon and they offered us a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was beautiful! The staff were lovely and even helped us bring our bags to our room. The bed was comfortable and we loved the pool. We also utilized the free transfer to Fira (a 5 minute ride at most, but very helpful!!!) multiple times. Reception was very helpful and offered a WhatsApp number to communicate our needs during our stay. They brought breakfast to our room and it was perfect. We loved it!!

Lack of more local products in breakfast

Beautiful sunset view right from the rooftop patio! The hotel offers a shuttle service into Fira which is awesome! Staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. Pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. Our room (201) was very large with a private sunset view patio. 10/10
