The facility, the location and staff were exceptional I would replace the mattresses in the rooms with firmer one.

Everything in this hotel is superb. The moment we checked in (6 adult) was organize and well Informed of all the activities we can do in Santorini. We are all in AWE any angle of this hotel, as it capture the perfect sunset and caldera view. The food is very good as well and enjoyed everything in the menu as it cook to perfection. The staff is very helpful and smiling all the time. The last but not the least, Costa the manager provided us the best customer service. Thank you for welcoming us in Santorini!!! I also want to add that many people stop by to this hotel to admire and take picture for the sunset view. NONE!

The views were breathtaking. The staff exceeded our expectations and then some. Alex was incredibly kind and welcoming right from the first greeting. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. All of the staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. The restaurant was delicious for dinner and breakfast each morning was perfect. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. A fabulous choice for a Caldera view in Santorini! I especially loved the entire team, the breakfast, and having gym access at their sister property. Rooms are unique with no detail overlooked and tastefully decorated. I'd definitely stay again.

The perfect location for a great Greek experience. Everything was perfect.

Food was good. Place was a bit tight.

We were so grateful to be given our room early after an early morning flight and this started our stay off perfectly. All of the staff were so lovely from arrival to departure. The breakfast waiters were so attentive, and we loved the breakfast selections every morning! We had a standard room, but we loved the indoor jacuzzi tub and the balcony with the stunning views for the sunsets. Our stay in Santorini would not have been the same without these sunset views and being able to enjoy a bottle of wine without the crowds. It was October, so the evenings were chilly, but there was a heater in the room and that also was amazing to be able to heat up once the sun went down. We had lunch at the restaurant and ordered room service twice and everything we ate was 10/10. The manager arranged a very well priced rental car for us during our stay and it was the perfect way for us to explore the island. Overall, there were so many things that contributed to it being an incredible stay, so so happy we chose this hotel.

The property was beautiful and pictures on the website are very accurate. Rooms and property were clean and spacious and it was lovely having our own private heated pool. Breakfast was great. While not located in the heart of Fira, getting to and from the Fira to the property was easy. Also, for anyone who has difficulty with lots of stairs on the cliffside properties, this hotel is VERY easy to access (very few stairs) with FANTASTIC VIEWS! BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, I wanted to say that the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, everyone from the manager, food servers, bartenders, and other staff!! They took care of our every need and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay with them. We felt like VIP's and I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Santorini. I would rate the property 10 out of 10.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Petit Palace Suites in Santorini. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome,allowing us to check in early and taking the time to explain everything about the hotel, the island, and available tours. While sipping refreshments and admiring the breathtaking caldera view, the manager personally made sure we had all the information we needed. Our suite was spacious, luxurious, and came with our own private pool ,the perfect spot to relax and take in the stunning scenery. The facilities are truly world-class, and every detail of the property reflects elegance and comfort. The staff were attentive and always available whenever we needed anything, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. This is without a doubt one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Everything was perfect, and we can’t recommend Petit Palace Suites highly enough. If you’re planning a trip to Santorini, this is the place to stay! Will definately recommend 10/10 None eveything was great

The property had amazing views but the best thing was the staff, they consistently went above and beyond - super helpful throughout our stay! We also really appreciated the shuttle into town - it was a really nice perk being that transportation in Santorini is definitely pricey. Lots of stairs.

EVERYTHING! Petit Palace Suites and its staff will forever have a special place in my heart! Everything was amazing from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. This is what hospitality looks like. I am incredibly grateful for the stay and wish I had stayed longer. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone I know! Thank you all. I would have given this place a 10/10, but I rated it a 9/10 solely because of the parking situation. Thankfully, I never had an issue finding a parking spot, but backing out into heavy traffic every time I needed to leave was nerve-wracking for me. Unfortunately, I dreaded it each time. But the hotel was so exceptional in customer service I didn’t mind the inconvenience.

Wonderful views, excellent rooms, clean, great breakfast and excellent staff. Good restaurant food and environment Shuttle to Fira was very helpful and nice. Pool was excellent and clean. If you can splurge on a private jacuzzi, do so to enjoy in afternoon and evening Many steps (like hotels in the caldera) but there is a small elevator which was helpful. Lots of steps but as expected for an excellent view of the caldera (and an elevators for lower levels)

I only hesitate to give this place 10 stars because I want to be sure I can still get a room on my next visit. Everything about this little hotel—from the staff to the service to the food to the bedding to the absolutely divine view—is absolutely perfect. I've been staying at other hotels in Santorini for years and just taking photos at the door atop Petite Palaces. Now that i have stayed there myself, I can't imagine going anywhere else. having to leave at the end of my stay. ;)

The hotel has a lot of potential. It’s in a great location, and the room had a beautiful view, which I really appreciated. I want to thank all the staff at reception and during breakfast—they were friendly and helpful, and their service made a positive difference during my stay. With some maintenance and better attention to detail, this hotel could be excellent. However, there were several issues that need attention. The fridge in the room was broken, the wine glasses were all mismatched, and there were no proper coffee mugs—only small cups. Cleanliness could also be improved. The room needed a more thorough cleaning, and there was mold around the wash-basin in the bathroom, which was concerning and not for 5* hotel standard.

Petit Palace is perfectly nested on the mountain with an amazing view of the caldera. Location is perfect, away from the crowds and close enough. Sunset is par excellence What it really makes your perfect stay is the staff. Costas and his team will pamper you and make you feel special. Food is also amazing, Greek cousin will never disappoint you and Petit Palace chef is a gifted professional.
