Air conditioning could be better

Property location was close to shops, food and bus station. The view was amazing from our room! The AC was located at the top floor so if you were on the bottom floor it was quite warm compared to the top floor.

Most important was Tanya, our host, she was available just about 24/7. We had a room with a spectacular sunset view. Our room was one floor up so there was no foot traffic issue, just a wonderful view from our balcony. The breakfasts were really very good, just give Tanya the time you preferred and it was done with a smile. We enjoyed our stay very, very much. The one issue was the 2nd floor bathroom, off of the bedroom area. There was a hot tub right next to the bathroom which made for an uncomfortable squeeze, since the stairs were located on the opposite side.

I feel in love with the property because it’s in the best spot. Best views where ever you walk. Great restaurant within 5 minutes of walking. The market place is 15 minutes away. The front balconies have the best views. Nothing ..

Clean, beautiful, excellent air conditioning.

I had a wonderful stay as a solo traveler. The hotel has stunning views of the caldera, and the building itself is absolutely beautiful. My room had partial views of both the caldera and the opposite side of the island, so I was able to enjoy ocean views from both sides. Tania and her staff were fantastic, always making sure I had everything I needed.

Great location with excellent view. Can even see sunrise from upstairs bedroom which is a surprise. Good breakfast and staff is very friendly and helpful. Not a lot of counter space in the washroom

The location was fantastic. With the balcony of our room, we had fantastic views of the sunset each evening. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and easy to communicate with. Breakfast being delivered to our room each morning was a nice touch. Nothing really.

We stayed in a comfy room with a see view and a jacuzzi on the terrace. What more do you need to have a relaxing break?

Good location. Friendly staff.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff are amazing, especially Tania. Yummy breakfast prepared and delivered in the morning to our room at the time we requested. The location of the hotel is also amazing, right between Fira and Imerovigli. Sunset is straight on with the hotel, beautiful views. Nothing.

Close to taxi stand, which was the best thing for us. Hotel is cute and comfortable

Entrance to reception from the street is cobblestone + steps

The location. It was in the heart of Firostefani. It was steps away from awesome sights and restaurants. The path to Oia was right in front of it. The view is breathtaking. It is near a parking lot. It is also near a playground. And it is beside a nice gift shop. We were able to buy a couple of things at a reasonable price in the gift shop. You can walk to the Three Bells of Fira. You can walk pretty much anywhere that is important (mini markets, rentals, coffee shops, restaurants etc) The breakfast. It was personally served and set up on the balcony with the view of the cliffs and sea. The hot tub. Yes it was tucked away at the corner of the room but we did enjoy it. There are some safety concerns which I will write in the other part pf this review. The facilities and amenities. Basic toiletries are provided. Hair dryer is provided. I think ironing board is upon request. We did not need it though. Enough towels and beddings are provided. The reception and the welcome was nice. The hotel coordinated what we needed like transfers and car rental. And anything else we needed like tours. We liked that it was a small property with a family feel to it. Truly a boutique hotel experience. Our overall stay was pleasant. We do have some suggestions. But these did not negatively affect our stay: - Upstairs they could have just placed a folding chair that converts into a single bed instead of the escritoire (writing desk) and chairs. - the hot tub had safety considerations to keep in mind. The handles/ladder are loose. The ladder is a missed step away from the stairs. An additional handle securely bolted to the wall by the tub would be useful. Provide bath mats for the upper bathroom especially since it is beside the hot tub.

The location was a 10/10. Our room had a dead-on center view of the caldera, with unbelievable views morning and night! At first, the idea of having a living space on lower floor with circular stairs to bedroom didn't appeal to me, but after the 1st full day, we figured out our space, and really feel in love with it. It was also super convenient to have two bathrooms. the lower one fully remodeled and a beautiful balcony to enjoy the outdoors! The only thing that is not getting a 10/10 is their breakfast. Even though they brought it to us right at the time we requested, the options were limited. The coffee was sometimes lukewarm and just not very tasty. It wasn't terrible, but really not something we looked forward to. Perhaps if there was a daily choice of breakfast that the guest could choose from and improve on the coffee, we would have been happier.

Very nice hotel in an perfect spot to enjoy Santorini caldera views. The place is close fo Fira's restaurants and shops, yet it is very quiet at night. Good breakfast and very friendly staff, Tania would do everything possible to make sure you enjoy your stay.
