George and Linda our hosts were so warm and welcoming. Truly a wonderful stay, the sunset views were amazing, The room spacious and well kept. We chose to skip the first days breakfast since we were off to an early morning hike but George insisted he prepare us a breakfast outside the normal hours , true hospitality . Wonderful experience, we will be back. We stayed in late May so the pool water was a bit chilly but that’s Mother Nature for you.

EVERYTHING! This place was in a prime location where you had nice restaurants, a private and perfect sunset location, and it was incredibly quiet compared to the busier neighboring spots like Fira. The hosts couldn’t have been kinder and more helpful, the room was clean, the bed comfy, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone considering staying here! Nothing, it was perfect!

The owner Giorgios was exceptional! True hospitality with heart. We had a wonderful time, enjoyed sunsets in the perfect location near many walkable restaurants and town of Fira. Highly recommend the catamaran daytime cruise and Onar restaurant. Perfect vacay vibes.

This property was perfect for us a a couple. The hosts and staff were fantastic and so friendly and helpful. The property was cleaned daily to a very high standard, the breakfasts were excellent, we didn’t need to eat again until the evening. We will definately be returning next year! There was nothing we didn’t like ?

This was the best hotel ever for our family of four! George and Alexandra treated us like family, the views were unforgettable!! The location was super convenient, in the heart of Firostefani yet so quiet and tranquil. It was hard to leave! nothing. it was perfect!

This was the most fabulous stay. Alexandra and George were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was exceptional. If you’re still thinking about booking-stop this is where you need to be! Location for us was fabulous steps from delicious food, slower pace than both Oia and Fira. Perfect place to explore the island with magnificent caldera views. This is the best spot to see the sunset. Perfect.

The most awesome location…breathtaking views of the island, sunset, and easy transport to other parts of the island. Very very close walking distance to lots of shops and local delicious restaurants. The most awesome hosts-George, Linda, and Nicoletta…anything you need they will accommodate and will do so with a massive smile. They treated us like family. The most awesome breakfast…we often were able to skip lunch as the breakfast was so hearty and delicious. They also offer a generous portion of local wine free of charge to watch the sunset. The most awesome vacation…we can’t wait to stay here again. I really can not rave enough about this place. Don’t hesitate, book today! My family and I stayed in the Spila Suite with the private pool and had the best time ever. We will be back for sure. Thank you George. Nothing could have been better outside of the fact that we wished we could have stayed longer.

Excellent view from our room and balcony. Pool was perfect to cool off after a walk in the hot sun. Breakfast was good. We had to wait until 0830 for coffee. Only coffee in the room was instant coffee. Steep stairs to get to our room.

An authentic cave house perfectly located near cafes and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle of ‘downtown’ Fira, with a front row seat to the stunning sunsets from our beautiful pool suite. Georgio and Nicoletta were perfect hosts with too many kindnesses to mention. We loved everything!
