Very clean , well decorated room. Very comfartable bed. good location. We had the sea view room, but beware it’s not the caldera view, you see the sea on the ıther side of island

Great location!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and located at a very nice spot. You can have a look at the volcano, Fira and Scoros rock. 15 min by foot and you will be at the Fira bus station or the many small streets of Fira.

It was in walking distance from Fira which made it convenient to go around. The accommodation was also very clean and neat. The host was very accommodating and kind! Highly recommend this place with very good value and 100% satisfaction!

My wife and I were prepared to stay in Fira or Imerovigli until someone online suggested Firostefani. Great choice. Walk to Fira is 10 scenic minutes. Quiet when you want to sleep and the nightlife is close to Fira if you want that. Maria very helpful with questions. I research the heck about places/areas to stay when we travel and I would do Villa Fotini again in a heartbeat. Queen bed, private bath/shower, balcony, air conditioning, space for dealing with luggage. Perfect. If you need a sitting room, fancy lobby, robes, private pool, then go somewhere else. $325 for 3 nights in late September.

The property was in a great location. Close to the main road, bus stops, restaurants and bars. Maria gave some great recommendations when we checked in. I felt the service was very genuine and helpful. It was good to know your house for being at the office if we had any issues.

Everything good

I will definitely start with the hostess Maria. What a nice person, full of positivity and energy. She will make sure that you have all that you need. My second point is the cleanliness and standards of the place. Everything looked and felt like new. This is a family business (ask Maria) and you can see the love that has been placed on every detail. It is very very clean, really a 10. Third is location. Right next to the church in Firostefani, 15 min walk to Fira and 15 to Imerovigli. Close to mini markets and coffee places, very convenient away from busy Fira centre. I liked everything but maybe keep in mind that the property is next to a street, so there will be some traffic in the morning. Not a deal breaker because it compensates with the convenient location to the path to Fira just around the corner.

Beautiful place with a stunning view of the caldera at the back. Just 5/10 minutes walk from the shopping area in Fira. Maria was great, so helpful, couldn't do enough to help. TOP NOTCH.

Amazing place, services, staff.

Absolutely perfect stay! The location is fantastic, just a 3 minute walk to the famous Three Bells of Fira iconic viewpoint and the Church of Agios Gerasimos, and only about 10 minutes along the cliffside path to Fira town. Super convenient! Maria is truly the sweetest and best host ever. The room was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the balcony had a gorgeous sea view. The bathroom was small but very nicely designed, with strong and hot water at all times. There was even heating in the room! After a long day of traveling, it was just the perfect place to relax, take a hot shower, and feel completely at home. Would highly recommend! Nothing!

Excellent location! I loved how clean everything was, thank you to the cleaning staff for that! I loved having a water heater, tea and coffee at my disposal. I loved the kindness and availability of María, the receptionist, to answer all my questions and requirements. Finally, Bravo! for airport service.

It was kind of in the middle between Imerovigli and Fira. And both are within 15-20 minutes walking distance. If you missed Asian food, you could have them at the Fira Main Square. There’s splendid views of the caldera as you walk along the footpath facing the sea. There’s a mini market just 200 m away where you could buy water, fruits, eggs, milk, etc. Maria who helped us to check in was a smiley and helpful lady. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. There’s a “cave-like” toilet without doors. Some water might splash out during shower. Other than this, it was a pleasant stay.

The location is near center, convenient to vitsit to famous places. Villa has very nice balcon. The room is very clean and nice. The villa owner is quite enthusiastic. 10/10

Great location, good facilities. Wifi was a bit scratchy. That could have been related to our apartment location.
