Amazing views, especially for sunset. Great location in Fira near all the shops and restaurants. Loved the cave-style room and private hot tub on our terrace. Excellent breakfast delivered to the terrace every morning. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful especially Dimos! No real negatives. Just be aware this hotel is at the base of the caldera rim so there are quite a few steps to navigate after arriving by taxi. The staff will help with your luggage for a fee and it’s worth every penny! Also, breakfast is served between 9-10am which is a little later than other hotels in which we have stayed.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! The hotel offers breathtaking views overlooking the caldera and volcano, and watching the sunset each evening from our private terrace and hot tub felt surreal. Despite being located near shops and restaurants, the atmosphere remained peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Dimos is amazing — hardworking, attentive, and always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, greeting us with welcome drinks. The hotel restaurant was also incredibly convenient and perfectly located, making it easy to enjoy a relaxing meal without having to travel far. The food was excellent, and the service matched the high standard of the hotel — friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time we dined there. Each morning, we enjoyed fresh, made-to-order breakfasts delivered right to our private terrace, which was the perfect way to start the day while taking in the incredible scenery. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Location, view, suite well designed, cute bathroom and opening door window view, staff easily available and super helpful and friendly. The breakfast service was delish and restaurant yummy as well. I’d like the hottub a few degrees warmer

Dimos was the man! Breakfast was AMAZING! He even brought it early since we had a tour one day which meant he had to come to work early. The restaurant was good and we had a discount t for staying at the hotel. The view was beautiful with even better sunsets. Staff friendly and prompt for requests. The hot tub was not originally hot although Dimos was able to raise the temperature temporarily to 35 Celsius which ended at 30 Celsius by the end of the stay. The shower was inconsistently hot.

This has been one of our favourite accommodation experiences ever due to the great views and room and also the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. From the minute we arrived to when we left, the service was impeccable. On arrival, the staff bring you a cold drink of your choice (beer/wine/soft) with a little plate of olives and cheese, such a lovely welcome to enjoy while taking in the views. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning around 9am by Dimos, (one of the happiest men on earth) who can't do enough to make sure you have what you need. The Finari restaurant (just up the stairs from our room) was excellent and we ended up eating there every night of our stay. We had a favourite table that they kept reserved for us would give us a complimentary glass of Ouzo after dinner which we would take to our room and enjoy in the spa bath. There are only about 7 villas in total which is probably why the service is so good.

Staff very friendly. Location is not too far down from the main street. We saw nice sunset from our balcony. The restaurant above hotel gives guests a 20% discount and you can eat at your balcony. Breakfast is excellent. None

The property is in a wonderful location with spectacular views. Our room overlooked the caldera and it was lovely to sit on the patio for breakfast or a glass of wine. The full breakfast is delivered every morning with many great choices. I also highly recommend the Fanari Restaurant, just upstairs from the hotel. Food and service were great. Customer service was outstanding. Everyone was extremely helpful, very kind and welcoming. We arranged for transportation to and from the airport which worked out very well. Nothing
