Modernity Suites

Location was great. Right in the muddle of Fira, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The view was amazing the caldera sea is at your door step. The breakfast that was included was brought to the balcony. Vladimir was a great host, he was in constant communication and was there to handle all needs. Would recommend to anyone. I will be back.

Our host was fabulous. He answered all of our questions, carried our luggage up and down stairs and arranged for transportation. The breakfast was very simple but delicious. And the view from our hotel was breathtaking. I thought the room was a bit smaller than I expected.

Central location in Fira. The top room is pretty small but is clean and was enough for me and my husband. The other 3 rooms are bigger, just fyi. The breakfast is delicious and you can eat on your balcony. The terrace upstairs has an amazing view as well. Our entire group ate up here one morning. The staff are more than accommodating. They arranged our airport transfer, ATVs, gave us recommendations for food/coffee/sites, etc. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel, will stay again. It’s not even a big complaint, the top room is on the smaller side, but still nice, clean and enough for two people.

Convenient location, kind staff, nice cave rooms !

The room was a lot roomier than anticipated and the view was AMAZING! Was so happy to choose this place as it was in the heart of Fira and close to everything. Breakfast was delicious and great communication before and during to ensure our stay was perfect! We got lots of recommendations on places to check out and secret paths and views that typical tourists wouldn’t find online. Felt very cared about during our stay and it was amazing Wifi was weaker in some spots in our room but I feel like that could be from the structure of the building with the thicker walls. Otherwise nothing to say bad about the place!

We were met at check-in by the property owner and his property manager, Vladimir. Afterwards, Vladimir showed us to our room, which had a spectacular view of the caldera. Our room came with a private hot tub overlooking the caldera. Each day we ordered breakfast which was delivered to our room. Vladimir was attentive to our comfort and we appreciate his attention to detail very much. N/A

Great apartment at a really good location. Ada was lovely and helped us with everything we needed.

Ada and team were fabulous and could not do enough to help us with our stay. The location was perfect for Caldera views and wonderful sunsets. Room was clean and great for a couple. Saturday and Sunday night thumping music from surrounding venue. of course being in the heart of Fira close to everything you have to expect this.

Ada was amazing, answering to every request , sending useful information about the island , the attractions, the transport, serving a delicious breakfast to the room at the time we asked for . Comfortable, very clean and cosy room with a small private jaccuzi on the terrasse in front of a stunning view to the sea and the Caldera . Very good location of the suites , close to the restaurants and shops . We really enjoyed our vacation in " Modernity suites" , thank you Ada

Our stay at Modernity was absolutely wonderful! The location and view were perfect, making our experience even more special. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, Ada gave us excellent recommendations on what to see in Santorini. She truly made our stay memorable with her kindness. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of tasty options. We will fondly remember our time here for a long time.
