On the Cliff

The staff were nice and helpful. Location was great!! I love the view from my spa!!! I missed having a full body mirror, and also it barely had any lights in the bathroom.

It is such a beautiful and unique place to stay! A lot of space for a larger group but not a of privacy, which was okay for our family of 5 for two nights. The jacuzzi is not heated and since it's not outside in the sun , it did not get very warm when we were there in June. The stone floors are VERY slippery when wet, so someone with balance or mobility issues should be very careful.

From the moment you walk in thru the hotel doors feels like you are inside a postcard. The view from the restaurant to Caldera where we had our breakfast every morning was the highlight of the hotel for us, and the warm welcome from Simona which made the experience even more memorable. She was wonderful, charismatic, helped us plan our shore excursions always with a big smile on her face, it was priceless ...

the breakfast was exceptional with a great view! the staff was very helpful with anything we needed. They even carried our luggage to and from taxi to place. we would recommend to everyone!

The room is beautiful and comfortable and had a private patio and jacuzzi. Location is excellent, easy to get wherever you want to go. The sunsets are stunning, and the breakfasts are delicious and hearty. The staff is friendly and helpful. We split our time exploring the island and just relaxing. I highly recommend On the Cliff. We spent 9 glorious days.

Amazing views and great staff

The breakfast was very good but a proper coffee/cappuccino would be nice - not just a filtered coffee.

Location was right at the center. Easy to get from taxi drop off. Food at the establishment was good and fairly priced. Jacuzzi could have been more clean and warmer.

We loved our stay at On the Cliff. From the beautiful sunsets on our balcony, to large breakfasts with Costa’s friendly service, to Simona’s wonderful hospitality. Amazing room and a nice hot tub to relax in at the end of a day. Simona even arranged a to-go lunch for us and sent us a bottle of wine and fruit plate on our last night . What an amazing trip and fantastic place to stay. Sunsets, clean room, large breakfast included and Simona’s hospitality.

We loved the layout of our suite - there was plenty of room for my parents, my aunt, and me with 2 bathrooms, 2 beds, and several futons. The sunset view from the patio space was amazing!! We had an indoor hot tub, and while it wasn’t super hot, it was cozy and unique. The porters met us at the street and took our luggage all the way up and down the stairs and Simona was kind enough to gift us a bottle of wine! She was very helpful and quick to respond. As long as everyone in your group is okay with stairs, this is a great property!! I didn’t mind the stairs, but my aunt has limited mobility and I should have checked the accessibility before booking. I recommend another property if your group has any members with limited mobility.

Location was amazing! Sitting in the jacuzzi with the sunset view was unbeatable. It was nice to have a porter help with the bags and for a late checkout. Not much I can say, I thought the person checking the water while I was in the hot tub was a little strange but overall nothing bad.
