The receptionist is amazing, she responds quickly and helps with everything you may need, the place had a good location, close to the main center, they also had an amazing breakfast, I definitely recommend this place.

Cute little hotel in the center of Fira. Easy access to local buses & a short walk up to shopping and restaurants.

The communication was amazing, the staff went above and beyond to assist my daughter and I. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was right in the action. They were able to provide transportation as needed. The staff provided non touristy places to eat. This stay really turned my daughters trip around with their kindness. We will be coming back together next spring just so I can thank you all in person! 10/10 O would recommend❤️ Everything was amazing

Breakfast, nice room n/a

Location Hot tub was not hot first night. No hot water first night and morning . Hot tub chlorine faded our swim suits. Tv did not work in room for 3.

The only thing I did not like was at one point there was absolutely no hot water which made for a very quick shower!

We had to wait more than 10 mins to get the keys upon arrival in the evening, even though we agreed on the arrival time, and reconfirmed when on the way. Also, quite a charge for an additional small child traveling with us.

I really liked the oasis hotel. It has very good location close to everything at Thera center and friendly staff. They help me arrange a transport service and gift me wine for to me and my wife for honeymoon. Jaquzii is the best part of the room. This hotel is definetly price-performance really like it ? Hotel room is a bit small but its good and clean

The mattress was little uncomfortable. The shower area was very small.

The staff was very kind, and the breakfast was all delicious. After checking out of the hotel, we were charged for a decorative item that we did not break. We insisted that we had not damaged it and told them that if they could not trust us, we would pay the amount. Then, the charge was canceled and the hotel decided to cover the cost.

I stayed at this apartment for three nights, and it was absolutely fantastic! The place looked exactly like the pictures—beautiful, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. The toilet/bathroom was modern and immaculate, and the jacuzzi was a highlight—super clean water kept at the perfect temperature. A special thanks to Ms. Ornela, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She provided excellent travel tips and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini. Perfect for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!
