Villa Toula

My stay here was great. The host was lovley, very attentive in communication. I had originally planned for a solo trip, but then my mom decided to join halfway and made a separate booking a day before mine started. He was very understanding of our situation and arranged to have us say in the same room during our collective saty, and also helped to arrange a car to the ferry on our departure. The room was just right, very clean and efficient and even had a little balcony where we could see a little ocean. It's a very close walk to the Fira bus station and a lot of restaurants and shops near by which was very convenient, though it's nested in this square so it's still very quiet and away from the tourists traffic, which we liked. The building itself is quaint and modest but also cute and no fuss, and we really felt like it was the right balance for what we wanted. There was nothing to dislike. If anything is worth mentioning, maybe just be prepared that the room is cozy and won't have a lot of space to move around if you're expecting it. We already expected to stay in smaller spaces, and we're average size ourselves, so it wasn't anything we'd complain about.

Everything was perfect! The location is perfect, The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and helped me with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The only downside of this villa is its proximity to the local nightclubs. This is ideal for guests who enjoy nightlife, but those seeking a quieter stay should be aware that the clubs remain open until 4 a.m. Unfortunately, even with the balcony doors closed, the noise can still be quite noticeable.

Fun place to stay, very bare bones but included a mini fridge and shampoo and a few towels for my three night stay. I could also hang clothes and store luggage. Location was also great. Coming back to the apartment for more batteries was easy and stress free. Room cleaning is upon request, not assumed! Note no view from room (so get outside! :) )

Easy access to buss as well as Fira and trail Very poor noise cancellation and loud guests means I’m waking up at 2 am, 3 am, 6 am to people coming back from bars or leaving. Also surprising that luggage storage was not offered

Hospitality and sense of urgency to solve issues Very little shelving in the room and bedroom to put our stuff. We have to put it on the floor.

Comfortable and convenient but very difficult to find! I spent 2 hours looking for it and staff was sassy! The staff wasn’t helpful with direction. Told me to use google map which kept taking me in circles.

Very good location. Walking distance to bus station. I love the small patio attached to the room. The owner is vey friendly, responding to messages quickly and willing to help. We arrived the airport after midnight, and he arranged transportation for us for 30 Euro, which is a good price. The tiny bathroom needs a wall mounted shelf to hold shampoo etc.

Location was convenient and quite clean. The photos made it look better than it was. Small room (to be expected) and outdated. The bed had been welded a few places, and wasn’t very comfortable. Doors were very difficult to open and close.

Villa toula is perfectly located in the centre of town , an easy short walk from the central.bus station and handy for restaurants . The decor is tired but clean , a kettle and tea coffee making facilities would be good . The electrical plug for the fridge was exceptionally dangerous , hanging off the wall. Communication was really good and helpful

Location. It is in the center of Fyra (center of Santorini). All the facilities were average. I can put a 6 from 10 yo the comfort of the place (+1 because of location)

Service and location Nothing!!

For the price it was a very good stay. We only stayed one night after landing at the airport - our ferry was the next day. It was basic but clean and comfortable. Excellent location - close to everything but quiet at night. We couldn’t leave our luggage after check out 11am - even though our ferry to Milos was later in the afternoon.
