Pelican Hotel

The location is perfect right in the heart of Fira. The accommodations are simple, comfortable and very clean. But really it's all about the staff. They are the best! :) I have probably stayed here 5-6 times and will stay again next year.

Well kept, nice people Strong lobby smell of plug ins like dryer sheets. Had to figure out the AC but good once running consistently verus timer

I stayed there 3 nights and 4 days, must say great location. Everything is near. And the staffs are really kind, welcoming and helpfull. Love it

The host was lovely, she made sure we had the contact numbers in case we needed them at any hour and she was always at the desk with a smile throughout the day. The building / rooms were clean and had great AC with your own control. Location was great, very central!

Front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful! Location was great. With no elevator, we were put on a room on the bottom floor knowing we had luggage. Associated restaurant next door was amazing!

The location was great. Only a few minutes walk to the central bus station and the cliff. The staff was friendly. They let us leave the luggage in the hotel after we checked out. The WiFi was very slow

Amazing hotel but it’s on a busy street so it was quite loud at night with cars and people.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice! The lady in the mornings was especially lovely but all were great. Location is amazing and easy to access from airport and bus hub in Fira. Rooms were lovely and met our needs perfectly. There is no one at reception between 10:30pm and 8am so occasionally it’s very loud in the lobby area which echoes throughout the whole hotel at even 2am and there isn’t any staff person to tell them to quiet down.

Clean and has all the amenities The wall is as thin as paper. Any noise is easily transmitted.

Absolutely everything. Particularly the incredibly friendly and helpful staff (especially Margarita!!) and the location could not be more perfect and central. Everything is so close and walkable. The rooms were modern spacious and clean. We seriously could not recommend staying at the Pelican Hotel more! It was a 10/10 stay! We loved every single thing
