Excellent location with a sea view. Right in the center of shopping and eating places. Outstanding professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast delivered to your room. Highly recommend this hotel. They arrange transportation to and from airport upon request and help carry your luggage to your room. Nothing. Suggest the hotel to provide a WhatsApp contact number as it is cheaper for overseas guests to contact hotel in emergency situations.

The location of the hotel is in a perfect spot, on the most popular street of Fira. Reception stuff was always so nice and helpful, provided us with helpful tips about transfers, sightseeings and even local restaurants! Our rooms were regularly cleaned, breakfast was delicious ? The hotel has a very nice view of the Caldera from the terrace. The best hotel experience I have had in a long time, efcharistó!

They offered to provide us with a ride to and from the airport , which was so thoughtful. They delivered a wonderful breakfast to our room every morning. The room and balcony were beautiful and had an excellent view of the ocean. The staff was so friendly. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. You get a lot for your money here. Shower floor was slippery.

Location is excellent. Room has Terrace with clear view to caldera and sunset. Breakfast was served at the terrace and it was delicious and sufficient. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The decor, the bathroom needs renovation.

The breakfast was delivered right to our room and was delicious! We were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The hotel is in a central location and made it easy to travel around the island. The staff was helpful and accommodating to all of our needs.

Wonderful location in the middle of touristic shopping area. Wonderful sunsets that can be admired from the hot tub. The most wonderful and welcoming staff. Would love to go back anytime

Accessible location and staff were very helpful — shoutout to Adie and Andres! :), breakfast was also good and filling Lots of stairs even inside the property already so it would be challenging for those with huge luggages (but hotel staff were very helpful in helping us lift our bags!)

Exceptional hotel with a caldera view. Steps away from main Fira bus stop. Great breakfast served everyday at our patio. Very helpful and kind staff . Will highly recommend stay at this hotel, Nothing I can think of .

Everything was excellent. The location is very good,, in the middle of Fira and close to the bus station. The views from our room balcony were amazing. We were able to watch sunset with no crowds. The room itself was spacious for Europian standard (we are from US) and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. Overall this hotel is great value and we would stay here again if we come back.

Excellent view of the caldera. Excellent location for shopping. Near the bus stop, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms were very clean. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The porter/driver of the transfer was super helpful. The kitchen staff was awesome nice and accomodating. Upon checking in, I realized that the deluxe room with balcony I had reserved was actually a deluxe room with a shared terrace. Only the standard rooms had a private balcony. The picture Booking.com was misguiding. The staff was able to switch us to the smaller, standard room with a private balcony because the private balcony was more important to us than the size of the room. I was never reimbursed for the price difference. They did offer to accommodate me at their sister location with bigger rooms, but I turned it down, because they didn't have the view of the caldera that I was expecting.

This place is so friendly. They help you with everything,restaurants,places that needs to seen. Cleaning rooms every day,changing sheets and towels as well and breakfast is full tray of food,you cant even eat all.
