The hotel was amazing and the view breathtaking. The breakfast they had I couldn't believe the variety of fruits and Greek products. I will be visiting this hotel next year again. I had some difficulty getting up and down the steps to our room and street below, but it was worth it.

Staff communication was excellent Location was loud for noise but ear plug were supplied. The room was very light as the bathroom window allowed the early morning sun in.

The environment is very clean. The room is large and very safe. When you open the window, you can see the courtyard is very tidy and beautiful. It is very close to the bus stop, making it very convenient for travel. It is located in the Fira town, which is also very convenient for sightseeing. The scenery is very beautiful and suitable for watching the sunrise. The owner is very enthusiastic. Although I only stayed here for one night during my visit to Santorini, the experience was very good. I would highly recommend my friends to come here for a visit.

The location was the best I could find in that area, and we were in the heart of Fira where the best clubs and restaurants were. We were so sentral, and could pretty much walk and explore the area very easily. The clubs were a stone throw away, and although the music could be heard in our room, it did not bother us at all. We were given ear plugs to help with the noise, but I did not find it neccessary, as the beds and rooms were so comfortable, I just passed out and slept through it. The Manager (George) helped us to book a cataraman trip, and was super helpful and knowledgable about the area, the history of the island, activities we could do and was always ready to assist! He was the most genuine and awesome person we met, and really made our first couple of days on the Greek Islands super memorable and pleasant. THANK YOU GEORGE! <3 The taxi we took from the Harbour dropped us off at the bottom of a one way street when we arrived, and we had to pull our luggage all the way up a steep hill to get to our accommodation. This was not a driver that was sent by Tataki Family Hotel, and not their fault - I just want to warm people - make sure you ask to be dropped at the McDonalds in Fira, as this is the closest point to the hotel. The driver just didn't want to do the extra driving to drop us off close to our hotel. Our suitcases lost a wheel and a handle in the process, being pulled up the cobble stone road uphill, so be sure to ask to be dropped in front of the McDonalds to make sure your experience does not start off on a negative note, or arrange with the hotel to pick you up.

George was an exceptional host! He went out of his way to let us check in early and helped arrange day of transportation and excursions for us. The room was clean and located right in the center of Fira so it was close to everything. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Amazing staff and accommodations. Location doesn’t get better if you want to walk around the heart of Fira. Because of central location it is a bit noisy at night especially on weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at Tataki Family Hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, in a perfect location, and very comfortable. George, the manager, went above and beyond to take care of everything during our stay. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference. We genuinely appreciated the warm hospitality and will definitely return to this hotel if we visit Santorini again.

Everything! Location, clean easy booking. GEORGE. George is the man. He is super friendly and works really hard to make your stay not only at the hotel great but the entire island. Great info and care. We were exhausted and needed to eat and he called up to the great restaurant just a stairwell above if they had room for two tired travelers. Meal was excellent. Thanks George! Perfect location, near caldera and the bus station. Room is clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The manager George is so kind and helpful ! It's kind of noisy at night but can't be avoided due to central location, ear plugs are provided if needed and we still slept well !

You certainly read many reviews about George. Well, that's for a reason. This gentleman is extraordinarily kind and helpful. We booked 2 nights with absolutely no plans. During our check-in, and without asking for anything, George helped us get everything sorted out. Transfers, restaurant reservations, breakfast, catamaran trip, etc. I can't stress enough on how exceptional and delicate he was. Now add to that the great location. Unbelievable how convenient it is. You barely walk minutes to any destination of your choice in Thira. This place is a no brainer. If you're reading this then you're lucky. Go ahead and book it. The room is a bit tight and hard to unpack 2 suitcases in it. Nonetheless it comes with all you need.
