Panorama Suites- Adults only

The property’s location was exceptional. Our room had a water/volcano view. The sunset from our lanai was amazing. The breakfast served had so many options, delicious and the servers were extremely attentive! The front desk staff were warm and welcoming as well as super helpful. The room was absolutely lovely, clean and quiet. Not one thing! We would go back in a heartbeat!

The room was exceptional and the shower huge. The Wi-Fi also worked very well. We really enjoyed having breakfast or lunch around the pool, with great views also. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no hesitation in staying here again...Rex Julian a Kiwi living in Australia All good apart from some of the stairs didn't have a handrail to hold onto. It wouldn't take too much to attach one to the wall.

First off, amazing views in Fira! The studio sweets overlook the Caldera and it is breathtaking! Breakfast right there, every morning, can't beat that. It is in the heart of the shopping and restaurants. Rooms were beautiful, clean, extravagant. Just be aware that there are numerous steps of ambulation is an issue. There are two elevators to get down, but even with that, more stairs.

What an amazing experience! We have travelled to some beautiful places in the world, but I believe this is one of the most beautiful setting we have ever experienced. Our room 42 was not without challenges since it took two elevators and three flights of steps to get to our spacious poolside studio. The porters were amazing greeting us where we were let off at the bottom of two pedestrian streets and ferried our luggage up to the hotel and later to our rooms. Using the hotel’s transfer option was definitely worth it. The front desk personnel were professional and very helpful in recommending Niki for a beautiful sunset view and and Parea for a local Greek Taverna, both were excellent choices . We experienced delicious meals at both places. Kudos to the lovely ladies who served our amazing seaside breakfast every morning with wonderful smiles and attentive service. If you have limited mobility this hotel would be challenging .

This is a perfect place to enjoy Fira and its surroundings. Breathtaking view of the caldera and Santorini's white and blue residences. It's centrally located, steps away from shops, dining, and transportation options. [By the way, we rented a car from Car Ltd . . . great car, great price, excellent service] The pool provided a welcome respite on hot days, and an incomparable view. Breakfast was made to order, served poolside every day, and was by far the best we enjoyed on our 2-week Greek holiday. Hotel management made our stay extra special, and arranged our transport to the airport very efficiently at the end of our stay. It's a bit of a hike to and from the lobby, which we found amusing once we figured it out. We definitely appreciated the porters who carried our bags for us. We loved Panorama suites and would stay again gladly. Not a thing

Great location, great service, great views of the Caldera! Amazing sunrise and sunsets! Not the properties fault but you really have to be in shape to go up and down the stairs. It’s more my fault than the property. They do have a small elevator.

Everything! But Lots of steps!!

This was our second time at Panorama Suites, and it was everything I remembered it to be. Incredible views, amazing staff, and we got the same room (33), right over the pool. Peter was very helpful with our luggage and transfer when we had an early 7am flight, and they even offered us sandwiches since we couldn't partake in the breakfast. My go-to hotel if we come back to Santorini, it's perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The view was amazing, but the staff made it exceptional. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast each morning by the pool with views of the caldera. The location is near everything, but an escape from the crowds on the street.

This was a beautiful property with amazing views. Bonus that they had a suite for 6 to accommodate my family comfortably. Don’t use the lower elevator. We (5 people) were stuck on it for nearly an hour. I was seriously concerned that we were going to run out of air before they got us out. Very scary experience and the hotel basically offered nothing to make up for it other than a bottle of wine. Unacceptable.

The room was perfect, comfortable, clean and more than we hoped for. Breakfast included was delicious, good choices and wonderful service. The maid found my earring and kept our room so tidy and comfortable. When we left, our suitcases were carried to the top which was so appreciated. All the staff were helpful. Friendly and caring.

Breakfast was a bit average, great staff but food choices were limited. Too many Power outages occurring during my stay, it was not the hotels fault.
