The view was very nice The riom was very dated, seemed like a different room from what the pictures showed. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. Hair in the toilet paper, and on the toilet. AC unit didn’t work as well. Lamp had discoloration

It's a must place to visit. Sun Set is just out of your room. With a clean Agean Sea view.

The best things about the property are the staff and the location. The hotel is nestled on the hillside of Fira, which means lots of stairs and making the most of spaces. But this is also what made it charming IMO. George and Silvia were the stars of the property, as they were great hosts, super helpful with questions about the history, the island, and excursions. Would step up a notch if they could update, shower curtains, water, pressure, and heat the indoor pool just a little!

Amazing staff made the stay feel like home ! Getting up and down the hill to town was ok for us , but it was a bit of a hard hike . Would not recommend for anyone with waking limitations

The property is located with a wonderful view of the caldera (specially from the common balcony in front of the reception). It is a five minute walk from the Fira bus station. However, one needs to walk slightly uphill on the cobblestone road (not easy if you have luggage to pull), and then a steep flight of stairs (about 50 steps) down the cliff. Thankfully, Georges who manages the reception is ever so helpful to carry the luggage to and from the hotel. There are restaurants and shops all around as soon as you climb the stairs to the cliff. I stayed in a room with a small balcony to sit and have breakfast with the amazing caldera view in front. However, it was too cold and windy during the stay because of which I had the breakfast in the room. The breakfast is not buffet but you get a menu chart for each day which you need to fill and leave at the reception for the breakfast choice for next morning. The menu is different for the cooked options everyday (some items are at an extra price). Still, the breakfast is wholesome and delicious. The staff is very friendly and always up for a chat to provide advise about almost everything in Santorini. During the check-in, they provide a set of printouts of the map, things to do and bus time tables with ticket prices. The rooms are slightly towards the antique look, using traditional keys, and old style doors and windows. But the furnishings are satisfactory specially if you don't spend all day in the room. The washroom (though on a smaller side) has towels, toiletries, hair dryer and a shower. The room had a coffee maker, a small refrigerator, iron (for ironing clothes) and a small safe. The WiFi connection was very good and stable. It is good value for money with the beautiful caldera view greeting you the first thing in the morning as you open the door. Guests with physical fitness limitations would surely have problems climbing up and down the stairs connecting the hotel to the edge of the cliff.

The location and view were amazing! Gorge, was so helpful and informative on things to do and local restaurants. The shower could have been a little larger and the bed a little softer

The location and the view were great! We are having two views, the caldera and the hilly side of Fira. It was amazing! Breakfast served had many choices - despite that it was served in our room. The staff were happy to serve the guests. We loved and enjoyed our stay. Everything is fine. We were able to find the hotel easily. There is really nothing to write here as we loved and enjoyed our stay in Delion and in Santorini.

The view, the staff, the room and the wonderful breakfast everyday on the balcony. Staff was exceptional. Alex went above and beyond helping us with different things. Everyone at Delion was so nice.

Location is in the center of it all (except the stairs) They helped us with booking a transfer to airport and prepared breakfast early for us. Donna was really nice and accommodating. They did give slippers when asked. Though I had to ask extra because of the shower situation Room 102 has an issue with sewage backing up to toilet (can provide video if requested) which should be fixed before giving the room to “unwanted customers”. Was too tired to fight for a change in the next day since they refused to change it initially. Room also wasn’t very clean I though I smelled someone foot on bedrest it shouldn’t be hard to wipe since it’s wooden. The room 102 entrance was outside of the rest of the hotel and People kept trying to pose from our “balcony”. It was also noisy Shower experience was bad. There was a shower curtain that kept touching me. The tub filled getting my feet submerged which is an uncomfortable experience Valentino was rude. He tried to gaslight us into “this is the room you picked” even though room pictures are mixed and they give you the one they choose. (But I learned my lesson I will never book hotels if the photos look like mixed photos from different rooms) Stairs weren’t mentioned but we carried our own stuff and didn’t need assistance

Fantastic hotel! Beautiful rooms, stunning views, excellent breakfast, and the friendliest staff in Santorini. The location is truly the best, right in the heart of the island with the most breathtaking and iconic caldera views. You simply cannot find a more practical and central spot for exploring everything Santorini has to offer. Dora, the owner, was extremely accommodating and made us feel right at home, even surprising us with a bottle of Prosecco to enjoy on our private balcony overlooking the caldera. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day. We loved every moment of our stay at Delion Hotel and highly recommend it for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, or simply the ultimate Santorini Tom and Dayanna

Location was great. Staff was very attentive and helpful Shower stall was very short in hight. Bed mattress was uncomfortable, hard and caved in.

Stunning view. Central location with access to all parts of Fira. Dona was always helpful and responsive- from booking until the end of our stay. Daniel met us at the transfer from the airport and helped us with baggage and getting to the Delion. He also prepared cocktails from the bar. Indoor cave or plunge pool is very refreshing during the hot summer (we had a heat wave!) Alexander (who said he was only Alexander the OK) is really GREAT. Alexander walked me to a store we had been to but couldn’t find again when we wanted to go back. Everyone took great care of us. We spent a day at Delion Sea View - Dona reserved us front line sun chaises at Kamari beach. Breakfast was plentiful - morning on the terrace, with the sun from behind - amazing! I’d love to return and stay at Delion View again!! They also helped arrange our transfers. Exceptional hospitality and attention to assisting guests. Felt like family! We weren’t aware of (or missed) the “no cars and lots of stairs” aspect of caldera views in Fira. It was a challenge for one in our party. We’d like access to coffee before the 8am breakfast service. The noise of the late night scene of Fira would have been a challenge had we not needed the AC even at night.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The hotel breakfast was wonderful and the view beautiful.
