Bad experience not recommending this hotel

Location. Room setup was not good. Master side was pretty small. Breakfast was average. Santorini public water is not drinkable the hotel supply of Water was in scarcity.

Everything, friendly stuff, good atmosphere. And the location is really good.

The hotel is beautiful, with a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I hate to complain because everything else was perfect, but we both found the bed to be very uncomfortable.

It is located close to a bus stop and a supermarket. All staff are very helpful. Room facilities are fair and passable.

Lovely pool and very good breakfast. Very good location, a comfortable and short stroll into the centre of town. Proximity of the bus station is very useful. Good size room. Friendly staff. We requested a double bed in our booking. On arrival, we were given a free "upgrade", but our room had two separate single beds side by side (dressed separately and with a small gap). We asked if we could have a double bed, or at least a mattress topper, however neither was available. A little on the pricy side, but typical for the Santorini.

Great location and very peaceful despite being so close to the main area of Fira. The staff were amazing and helpful. I even requested for a hair dryer with a diffuser and they managed to provide me with one. Lediala, Nikos, John and Andon and the breakfast crew were amazing and ensured we had a wonderful experience. There’s nothing I didn’t like but I could have done with a proper coffee machine rather than filter machine of coffee.

Good location for access to Thira, super breakfast and helpful staff.

Location, all staff from a-z were great, pool,breakfast, cleanliness Everything is superb I’ve had 11 great day and night no issue at all. They have given us private out door Jacuzzi it was great although we didn’t book for it specially but gave us as their kindness and fever.

Located in 5mins walk to Fira market square. Friendly and helpful staff all time stayed in. Internet connection but is the whole Santorini poor signal been told

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We were greeted by a lovely lady when we checked in and given map of the area and explained where everything was in the hotel. Room was clean and modern and cleaned every morning by the time we returned from breakfast. Breakfast was full of variety. Something for everyone. Staff were especially friendly. Pool area was clean and tidy. Had to ask for towels before 11 at reception but that wasn’t a problem. Hotel was only a few minutes from the main town but the walk was easy. Beautiful shops in Fira and as bus station only a few minutes away we took bus to Oia. Just as pretty as Fira. Easy to get buses from here to beaches etc. Supermarket across the road from hote was extremely convenient if required. Some of the best staff we have had in hotels. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Would have liked more fresh fruit at breakfast, but really wasnt a problem

Great location. Near the center and bus station. Tasty breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful garden with big swimming pool. Our room was on the street front and it was loud from the street noise.

The location was fabulous. Great pool. Wonderful breakfast. The staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

Exceptional

It was nice hotel , we got free upgrade to our room , staff were very nice , pool area and gardens are fantastic, big soft cushions on sunbeds which are built in beds hanging right over the edge of the pool for nice . It was a lovely hotel, but on a busy road with no footpaths , to be fair this is quite normal for santorini. Pool bar drinks and food were over priced We paid 18 euro for a diet coke and a bottle of beer .

The staff were the best. Always so helpful and kind, provided us with early check in and all the information and options we needed. The location of the property is also great.

Fantastic hotel , very good location in Fira Centre. When we arrived the room was ready although we were very early. On top of the early check in , the lovely gentleman who checked us in gave us a complimentary upgrade , which was fantastic! Special thanks to Maggy , the breakfast staff is amazing. All in all , I urge everyone to give this place a chance , amazing value for money
