Cleanliness and the staff was super nice Not much views unless you have a front room or cross the street

The staff was super nice and helped us make some arrangements. We liked that this place is located a short walk outside of main Fira. Just across the street we enjoyed wonderful views of the sea.

It’s very comfortable, close to town, good value, very good breakfast, will come back. The bathroom has a little bad smells come from the drain, not major problem.

the hotel is awesome is close to Fira, like 10 minutes walking. Mia was incredibly polite and helpful with us, she was always eager to help, even with the last minute request. It is a great hotel The breakfast might improve a bit. It is a bit limited and the options run out fast.

Nothing much Faculty, Room, very congested room, not cleaned, staff not provided enough towels which guest requested, room lights are very bad. Not enough to feel like to stay inside the room. Room Bathroom has mold around the wall.

Breakfast was really good. I like the choices and quality of food. Awesome 1) Wi-fi did not work. On asking I was told, i have to contact Elon musk as the hotel is taking service from starlink and hotel authority is not responsible for internet. Very sad to see this state of affair. Hotel cant even have the guts to take the responsibility and compensate with some adjustment of charge. More surprising thing is internet was working in the lobby ( super slow though) and other rooms, looks like something was wrong with my room. they admitted but they did not do anything to fix or compensate. 2) Hotel description says it is volcano view but there are road just beside the hotel and also the balcony is in little weird location. 3) parking areas is with dust and make shift type arrangement and not proper road or concrete parking 4) Charge is way more than the facilities it gave me

Property was close to the city centre! Walking distance. Mia was amazing! She made sure to stay in touch prior to our arrival. Also was good enough to inform me about a ferry strike this was I believe after hours for her. Really appreciated the heads up! As it turned out our ferry from Santorini was not affected.

Very clean and beautiful location. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had everything we needed and was delicious. N/A we were very happy with everything

Seeing sunset directly in front of the hotel was excellent. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was decent. The lady in the front desk was pretty helpful. The room was a little small. One side of our bed was against to a wall which make got out the bed in the middle of the night a bit hard. It was also challenging to find spaces to place our two luggages. Also the shower room was pretty small.

Did not realize the twin beds and common area in our room was the same space. We were only there for 1 night so we were not in the room much so for the price it was good.

Front desk Luca was friendly, knowledgeable & makes sure you have anything you need. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was beautiful. Room, bathroom & patio was so clean & comfortable. Lovely views. Easy, safe parking. We loved it. Can't think of anything.

Great location, excellent facility, and mostly because of the service provided by staff. We could WhatsApp text them anytime a day and night for them to arrange for a car to pick us up or take us somewhere. The bed mattress could have been a little bit more comfortable, but not a major issue

He was very polite, explained everything patiently. The hotel was less than 5 minutes from Fira which was convenient. the room was clean, the food was very tasty.

I had a wonderful stay at Philippion Boutique Hotel in Fira! The hotel was lovely and in a great location, but what truly made my stay exceptional was Luca. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my entire stay. His warm hospitality made me feel truly cared for, and I’m very grateful for his support. Highly recommend this place — and if you’re lucky, Luca will be there to make your stay just as amazing!
