Everything! We cannot say enough about Daniela & Demi, D & D, their warmth, generosity, patience, straightforwardness and pure kindness. They say it like it is so you make the right trip decisions and they jump at the chance to help when you need. Yiorgos was so welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was complete and there was always a little homemade treat to add to it. The property allows you breathtaking views, is so clean with the cleaning staff always smiling. Firostefani is the best decision between the bustle of Fira (20-25 min most scenic route to Fira) or the tourist packed Oia. ευχαριστώ Πάρα πολύ We will be back

Bed, location and a partial view of the caldera I had to carry my 17kg luggage up 2 flights stairs even though I requested help with it 6 months in advance. I’m pushing 60 years old. I asked about late checkout and early checkout and was scolded and glared at (within hearing distance by other guests) by a man who did not introduce himself but is probably the manager. I didn’t make fuss as I had an appointment but it was quite disconcerting especially since I am there to have a relaxing time. The bathroom is outdated so much so that even if it’s clean it doesn’t look clean. The common pool is small. Closet space is small about 15 inches in width and no shelves. I had to put my clothes on one side of the bed to have some semblance of ‘closet space’ the entire time of my stay.

The location was perfect—right on the trail from Fira to Oia. It was an easy, short walk to grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés, making it very convenient to grab food or anything else we needed while still enjoying a peaceful setting. Nothing

Great location - great staff and breakfast- cleaned perfectly everyday Nothing really I loved everything about the property however, if I had to say something, I would say I don’t like the way customers are allowed to smoke at the swimming pool. The area is quite small and if you are not a smoker, you have no option other than breathing in their smoke.. other than that there’s nothing I didn’t like.

Amazing location. Connected to everything. Great caldera view. Decent breakfast. Most importantly, staff makes the difference. Daniela is great and told us everything we needed about the island.

The views from our top deck were amazing! Inside space was a bit tiny for 4 adults. We had to store our luggage outside on the huge patio.

Great staff that did everything to make your trip memorable. They arranged for my airport transportation and helped with everything from luggage to restaurant suggestions.

Friendly, quiet, understated (in a good way!) hotel with stunning views. Fantastic breakfasts, and staff were so helpful. Unpretentious and easy. We’ve told others to book with them and we’d stay here again in a heartbeat. No notes. It was better than advertised

This was probably my favorite hotel I stayed at during my trip to Greece! It is very calm with an amazing view. The staff are incredibly warm and the rooms are cleaned promptly in the morning. The breakfast was always delicious and exceeded my expectations. The coffee bar service is great, too!! I also really appreciated the Easter treat and explanation of the Greek Orthodox Easter traditions on that special day. Definitely a place I wouldn't mind returning to. The door was a bit tricky to lock. I could have sworn that I'd locked it when I left, but then I'd come back and it had swung open. The property is very safe and secure and anything valuable stays in the hotel safe anyway, but it was still unnerving.

Beautiful and quaint boutique hotel. The staff were friendly, kind and helpful. The daily breakfast was delicious. Perfect location with amazing sunsets from the pool area. I highly recommend, you will enjoy!

The location in Firostefani is great, calm and less noisy and busy neighbourhood but 10 mins walk from Fira centre. Amazing view to caldera. Really nice breakfast and exceptionally clean rooms. Coffee is really good. /

The location was good. It’s not in the busy part of Fira but walkable to the main bus station. Expecting a bigger space for the room we booked for 4 people. There’s really not much space left with the luggage.
