Splendour Hotel and Suites

Rooms are gorgeous with cool little nooks. Private pool and veranda is so relaxing. Like how you could open windows to ocean breeze. Coffee bar is so handy. Location is good to walk down to Fira and really a few steps to get amazing sunset views without the crowds. Be careful of the room you book, double and triple check it has what you expect for beds. Staff isn’t really helpful with changes and they “yes” you but don’t fix anything. Only one room key. Doors are hard to open. Lots of stairs to get from private pool room up to main areas.

Hotel was in temporary maintenance recovery situation . Breakfast was not like a 5 star hotel!!!

the AC too high. not able to get it to lower temp. the hot tub was not hot enough.

Nice property and clean liked the private pool and staff was very nice and helpful To many stairs and Hillie but all of Santorini is hillie

Everyone was very helpful, especially Suela that helped me to the max, very knowledgeable. Mevlan is also an outstanding person who helped us with fixing of a suitcase wheel .. the breakfast was delicious with a pretty good variety. The sun rise was amazing. The beds are not as comfortable as they could be

The private pool for each room was beautiful to look at and when it was cleaned it was nice. We only went in 1 time cuz it was cold. Hiking up and down daily to go to breakfast, to go to town, to go anywhere.

There was noise from other rooms until midnight. There was few menu of the breakfast left when we went after the group tourists.

The location, the parking spaces, the 24hr reception, room size. It is a very basic hotel. Perhaps if we had stayed at the rooms with a pool the impression would have been different. Reading now the good reviews, mostly were from the people that got upgraded to the jr suites, with the swimming pool. Our room was very spacious but it felt much like a 3 star hotel. Dated bathroom, dirty and cheap looking tiles. Breakfast was really very basic for a 4 star hotel ( Booking call it 5 star but really….). Also, during the first 2 days we had breakfast on our room because there weren’t many people at the hotel. Perhaps during the peak season, the hotel looks better. The 5 stars should be given to the staff staff - they were very helpful, friendly and polite.

Superb

Most amazing experience. Was upgraded to a spectacular suite overlooking the ocean with a private pool and jucuzzi. The morning sunrise was the most spectacular I have ever seen!! Bottle of wine was also in the room. I felt like I was on my honeymoon. Such a lovely gift from Spendour Resort that truly made such a memorable time on Santorini. Unexpected and a gesture I shall never forget. Such nice people. That I had only stayed nights.

We adored Splendour! The location was brilliant very near loads of restaurants/ cafes. We got a complimentary room upgrade from the hotel and coincidentally it was the morning before we got engaged! So it was faith! We absolutely loved how friendly the staff were, especially Jennifer and the guy who brings the bags to the room. Cannot fault our stay at all.

The location was great .. just outside the busy town of Fira… 10 min picturesque walk. Facilities were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Melvin, Dori and Boni. Although the breakfast was very nice a little more variety for longer stays would be nice.

The people are amazing ? o Mevlan the pillbox ready to help and always so kind , Charis at the Reception is the most lovely person we met,telling tips for the island as you were local,her energy and positivity is the best ,Bona that surprises the guests with beautiful towel creations ❤️??we loved our stay there,we k definitely coming back.

Location Dinner in the restaurant mentioned sea bass but what was served was a frozen fillet As per Greek rules, they need to mention what they serve

Room size is excellent, super large! Breakfast has a lot of options, with good quality. Service at front desk is super welcoming and nice. Good to have an ATM machine inside. Good parking available The towels looked very old and used. Housekeeping knocking at the door very early (around 8:30 am) and insisting in cleaning the room even when we cleraly stated we were still sleeping. no card for "do not disturb" available. Location is great close to fira and imerovigli but you will need a car anyway.

The rooms and the private pool, very clean, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location.
