Location - the view Nothing

Words cannot describe the location. It is something that one must see for themself. I encourage anyone thinking about it to do it; you won’t regret it. A caldera view suite is a necessity in my opinion. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great (and included) and the room service is priced comparably with restaurants in the city. It’s a can’t miss. We could have stayed longer . . . ?

Pool so slippery, fell immediately and hit tail bone.

The rooms had dirty and old cushion covers and the small rug was dusty Bathrooms were small and shower is not meant for people taller than 5 feet and 3 inches View was amazing but there were a lot of ants outside that were coming inside the room and also outside. May be just weather and outdoor Staff was very good There were a lot of steps but worth the view Breakfast was reasonable with friendly staff Overall not worth the amount of money.

The staff does not allow to see anything bad at Ckiffside!!

Amazing views, good central location to Fira and Oia, quiet and comfortable. Lots of stairs, but that goes with the territory.

Exceptional location and views! Room was weirdly configured and run down. Stains on walls were unappetizing. Pool is miserably small and so slippery that I fell and hurt myself. The pool is a serious health hazard. It is unacceptably slippery.

The location was amazing! Close enough to walk to Fira but also far enough to have peace and quiet. The rooms were very nice, the view was incredible! Breakfast was delicious and the front desk staff were super helpful and nice!

Cliff Side Suites was even better than their profile describes. Our family had two rooms, a suite and a double bedroom, both overlooking the breathtaking view of the Santorini caldera. There is a hotel pool and you can order drinks and food there, in addition to the daily poolside breakfast which offered great options that fed our variety of tastes. Firostefani is peaceful and not too crowded, unlike Oia and Fira, both of which we visited. Stratigoula at the reception desk helped us book a very fun catamaran tour of the crater, helped us make dinner reservations for outstanding meals, and otherwise the hotel was so relaxing and beautiful we just hung out there a lot. If you want to see the beauty of Santorini without pressing crowds or lots of logistics, Cliff Side Suites is ideal.

The jacuzzi water was cold and probably should be heated.

Cliff Side Suites is a beautiful hotel, with beautiful views. It is also well situated, with excellent restaurants near by and a 15-minute (through arduous because of the hills!) walk to Fira. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The staff was very nice and responsive. I would recommend it. One note: Anything you do at the hotel requires climbing stairs (going to breakfast, arriving to/leaving the hotel). The staff will carry your luggage for you, so do not hesitate to call the hotel when you arrive at the top of the hill!!. But if you have bad knees, this may not be the place for you, unfortunately :( Our room did not have a view. I wished I had known that when I booked it. That being said, we did have a small terrace with a view we could use, but it necessitated exiting the room and climbing stairs. Not a deal breaker, though. I would return.

Absolutely amazing location and views! A bit sparse in the decor, very minimalist. Didn’t quite feel cozy and warm but nice. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper so couldn’t soak in the tub after all the walking and ran out of hot water each day pretty quickly. Only a tea pot and tea provided in the room, had to buy some instant coffee, would have loved an actual coffee maker. Breakfast eggs were usually made in mass order and came out lukewarm, but otherwise nice breakfast selection. The plunge pools were cold and as the weather turned chilly , a hot tub setting would have been wonderful. I would still recommend staying here , especially with the privacy, less crowds than busy OIA, cute town within walking distance. If you have mobility issues don’t stay here, lots of steep steps to get to the room. You get a workout everyday just heading in or out! Gorgeous sunsets.

The views are amazing, especially during the sunset. There are lots of areas to sit whether it be on the rooms patio or a common space. This property has a ton of stairs. There is quite a few going down to the reception and then more going down to the rooms and pool. There is breakfast offered at a cost but I didn’t try it. This property is in the heart of Firostefani. There is tons of restaurants and shops nearby as well as the start to the hike to Oia. Definitely bring more water than you think you need. The staff are super helpful with organizing transportation, giving recommendations for food, tours, buses, and carrying luggage. Everyone works really hard and are constantly carrying food, luggage, bottles of water up and down all the stairs. Rhe water in Santorini is not drinkable. There is a bottle of water provided in your room on arrival and then you need to ask for more when you run out. The pool could be warmer. It was about the same temperature as the oceans. It also would be nice to have more water added in the room when it’s being cleaned.

The location was great, close to everything. The view was spectacular and the facilities (pool, bar, terraces) were nice. The entire staff were very nice and extremely accommodating. We were also allowed to store our bags until check in. We would highly recommend and would stay again.

Cliff Side Suites was truly the highlight of our trip. This property is so special—perfectly located in Firostefani, away from the heavy crowds in Oia but still close to amazing restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The views, especially at sunset, are unlike anywhere else in the world. We loved having access to the pool, jacuzzi, and breakfast buffet, as well as plenty of space to simply relax and take it all in. The staff made the experience even better with their warmth and hospitality. From check-in to check-out, they were friendly, attentive, and full of helpful tips (even teaching us a few Greek words!). They went above and beyond, upgrading our room for the entire stay, which was such a wonderful surprise. Our suite carved into the cliff was cozy, unique, and perfectly balanced comfort, luxury, and authentic Cycladic charm. Amazing service, beautiful setting—an unforgettable stay.

The only thing I would suggest, is to improve the breakfast variability. Other than that nothing to complain about.
