The Tsitouras Collection Hotel

Wow, what an amazing location and view. The staff were beautiful people, friendly, efficient and helpful. We could not recommend this place more highly! Our room was better than the photographs, we stayed in House of Winds. Great for families. The breakfasts on the terrace were delicious and enjoyable with the view, served wonderfully by the staff - you felt like a King or Queen. The pool terrace was lovely and served food during the day which was high quality and generous serving sizes to share. The sunset cocktails were a wonderful end to the day. They recommended and assisted us in a few day trips - sailing, visit to winery and Akrotiri and the black sand beach - which were highly enjoyable experiences. Its location was perfect, outside of busy Fira and yet very close to great restaurants in the area. Book your stay here! nothing.

Everything was perfect!

I loved the service first and foremost. The property was top notch. The pool was serene and always sparkling clear. The rooms in our apartment were immaculately clean, quiet, beautifully decorated. The view from our terrace was amazing. Our concierge was always attentive and available and made our stay enjoyable. No complaints.

George and the staff were extremely attentive to our every need and were always there to be helpful. The property was beautiful with exceptional views of the caldera and beautiful sunsets. We loved the pool and the delicious breakfast made to order, and set up outside our room each morning as requested. The hotel has five rooms called houses. We stayed at the House of Nureyev with its own private balcony/terrace and each of the houses is decorated in its own unique theme with wonderful artwork throughout the property. The location was great. A 10-15 minute walk to Fira without all the hustle and bustle of actually staying in Fira. We also appreciated the many email correspondence with Elani prior to our trip. She assisted with setting up tours and restaurant reservation and provided general suggestions of things to do in Santorini. Her assistance allowed us to arrive in Santorini with a fantastic plan for our visit. Everything was fantastic. I will note that the bathroom was a bit small; however, this is to be expected from an 18th century converted mansion.

Let's face it! ? The stellar service started before the trip began! Eleni greeted me via email to welcome us to the hotel, extend their services, and arrange transportation. She responded quickly to all of my questions and answered all of my questions. When we got to Santorini airport, the driver was there as expected. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by Mr. Mongi, one of the hotel managers, and his staff. They took out bags and Mr. Mongi gave us a tour of the hotel. It only has a few rooms, called houses. Each "house" has a different style. The hotel itself is a tour through history, with antiques, books, and beautiful art! All of this is surrounded by a breathtaking view no matter the weather!! The sunsets were amazing! Breakfast was delivered every morning upon request and served royally. There was always more than enough. I particularly love that, in their communications, they emphasized conserving waste and being specific in ordering what you need. For example, I asked them to remove the sliced bread from the breadbasket and just leave the croissants. They encourage that! As blessing would have it, we had the wonderful opportunity to meet Mr. Tsitoura himself. He had flown in for the day. He was so humble and kind, he introduced himself as Eleni's father. I was overwhelmed!! He showed us inside another house that leaves me speechless!! You really have to see it to comprehend the amazing that this hotel is! I love, love, love The Tsitouras Collection and the Tsitoura family. I look forward to coming back!! ???? Really, I can't think of anything. We are a little independent and I wish I would have used the benefits of talking to the hosts, more. In sure he had some more suggestions that I could have benefitted from. My dream vacation was dreamy!

This hotel is exceptional in every aspect. I've travelled to many places in the world, and this hotel is in the top three. The service is outstanding, from the time the staff greets you with a small glass of Santorini wine, to the breakfast, cocktails in the evening, and the sunset over the patio to the amazing crater-harbor Santorini is famous for. Our room is impossible to describe, unique and elegant but comfortable, and decorated with the owner's personal art collection. Our only wish is that we had stayed longer. Because of bad weather, our ferry from Milos was delayed by two days, so we didn't get to enjoy this amazing hotel for as long as we had planned. Everything was wonderful.

Exceptional

From the very second we walked in The Tsitouras Collection we knew we had made THE VERY BEST CHOICE! Delightful, amazing, brilliant, superb, wonderful, overwhelmed ... aren't enough words to describe how we felt! We took ages to find this amazing hotel to stay and it was not only the amazing photos, but the reviews did all the talking and this place far exceeded every expectation we had! George the Manager is a one off!! He is fantastic, such a people person, takes so much time and has a wealth of knowledge! Every single member of staff are all amazing. Monji greeted us and showed us to our room and explained everything we needed to know with such compassion and love for his job. When we saw our room... Well... it bought a tear to our eyes (both of us!!) It was exquisite! We stayed in The House of Nureyev because it had it's own private balcony. Oh my goodness the view is too amazing for words! It has its own sunbeds and table and chairs to dine. We saw the most amazing sunset from the comfort of our own balcony with no crowds! The whole suite is so fantastic with gorgeous antiques, beautifully cool and extremely clean and comfy!! The food it absolutely gorgeous and very fresh using the finest ingredients. We cannot fault one thing. The best accommodation we have ever stayed in! We truly didn't want to leave. nothing!

Excellent and attentive service

George is an amazing Manager. The personal touch is FIVE STARS. The breakfast is truly outstanding. The staff is always ready to assist in any manner. We were extremely impressed by the overall quality of this Boutique Hotel. Really nothing !!!!

The suite was phenomenal with beautiful art everywhere. The pool and view were beyond my wildest expectations. The staff was very generous and kind. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was not so vegan friendly but there was nice coffee and bread.
