Charles was a wonderful host/mixologist. After a pleasant check in, we enjoyed yummy craft cocktails and friendly conversation.

This hotel was a fantastic find. The check-in process was quick and we were impressed to find a very clean and updated room. The location is perfect!. Easily one of the best stays we've had in a long time.

Property felt new with modern look

Beware: This hotel charges a $10 parking fee that isn’t clearly disclosed during booking. I only found out about the charge at the last minute. Definitely something to be aware of before booking.

Clean and comfortable plus friendly staff

Overall the stay was comfortable everything was good Need either a microwave in room or lobby we stayed for couple days microwave would have done wonders

It was very clean and very nice and accessible to the area. 1. The first night the walls were so thin we could hear every single thing and were up all night. 2. The breakfast was advertised on the site we booked as being complementary but it was expensive. Also, the menu stated it started at 6 am but it didn’t start until 7…we were there for sports so because of their limited schedule we had to elsewhere. 3. They are not pet friendly. 4. They charge $10 a day for parking which is in a poorly lit, small parking lot. What am I paying for? I have stayed multiple places in flagstaff before that were cheaper, nicer, quieter and didn’t charge for every little thing. I learned my lesson staying here.

Reasonably priced, clean rooms and staff was friendly. Everything about this hotel was perfect with the exception of having to pay for parking. Didn’t appreciate being sprung with that fee upon departure. Parking fee being charged at the end of my stay.

Overall, a great Jewel at an amazing location -very clean and posh. Price was reasonable, but was not transparent about the $10 parking fee/day

It was a clean hotel as expected of an IHG facility. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The waiter serving breakfast was the best. WIFI needs an upgrade.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and plenty of water pressure. My only complaint is with the construction of the building. The walls are a bit thin. I could hear people talking next door and walking around on the floor above us.
