Easy to check in. Rooms seem to have been redone in last few years. All tile no carpet which is a plus. Room was clean and tidy when showed up. Decent location near freeway but created no extra noise. If your looking for a good basic hotel that is clean. I would recommend. Plus was pet friendly and don't over charge for pet fee like some hotels. If I was to bring my dog again to flagstaff would stay again.

It was in flagstaff Dirty, smelled. Patch holes in walls different color. Overall gross. Needed a shower immediately after I left

The room and beds were very comfortable. The grounds were clean and felt safe. However, if you are disabled or not able to walk up stairs, be aware. Check in ONLY has stairs and no ramp to walk up. I was on crutches and requested an ADA room. I even reserved an ADA room. The bathroom was so small on a standard room you have to stand over the toilet to close the door. I hard such a hard time navigating a beyond tiny bathroom.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Parking is sufficient. No hot breakfast. Waffle maker and coffee are good. Best to stay just for a night.

Friendly front desk staff, clean, comfortable room. At bit difficult to get to from highway. Breakfast was limited, but tasty.

Check in was super easy. They were able to accommodate specific requests. When we asked for extra pillows or blankets, they responded very quickly. My only disappointment was the breakfast selection. My kids loved it, but as a diabetic there were not really any good options for me. Luckily there are many shopping options across the street and a fridge in the room, so it was fine in the end. Parking was plentiful and we had no noise or disruptions that could be heard from our room. Very peaceful and the best location in town. Door to the room needed exterior maintenance.

Clean room, stuff super nice, easy to check in and out

Kinda run down, and didn't feel the cleanest. It was in a convenient location but over all was just okay. It wasn't bad for 1 night but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Overall a good stay. Minor issues: Pool was closed due to hail storm damage (but not disclosed at time of reservation, so kids were disappointed), hard floors kinda dirty (black on bottom of feet), no tissues in room, no blackout shade (room was bright in AM), and noisy footfalls from upstairs. But AC worked well, good shower, and bed comfortable.
