Sleep Inn Flagstaff

We were checked in room 105 and the room smelled nasty. We opened windows to vent air for more than 30 minutes to no relief. We asked to be moved and the staff said there was no available room. So we left and stayed at another place rather than risk our health.

Our stay at the Sleep Inn was perfect to meet our needs. It is very well maintained and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good and tasty selection. The delicious cookies were a plus. Having the Jacuzzi there helped too. We will definitely consider this Inn in our future stay in Flagstaff.

I really loved the hotel...the king bed was so comfy...the staff went over the top with everything

The hotel itself and our room was clean. Breakfast was decent, what you would expect with the food being replenished often as well as the area being very clean by the staff. The only issue we had was the beds being a little hard but other than that, it was a good place to stay! It is also very easy access to the freeway and has grocery options and restaurants across the street.

Clean, decently priced, basic hotel. Stayed one night. Safe location and friendly staff. The rooms were clean and equipped with basic needs. Area was safe and a short drive to downtown. Continental breakfast, limited vegan options. Decent coffee. Would recommend and stay again.

Good breakfast clean comfortable room

The hotel itself was nice and the staff was pleasant but the bed was extremely HARD! I had to use the hot tub to relax my back. Also, the shower had little water pressure with warm water not hot water.

The room (although very small) was very clean. Breakfast was alright although it's listed on hotels.com as buffet and it was just a standard hot breakfast. On Saturday night, the parking lot was completely full leaving us no where to park. I asked the front desk staff what I should do and they were extremely rude, told me they were sold out for the night and that they couldn't help me. I explained I already had a room booked and should have a spot to park since they advertise free parking included with stay. He then told me to park at Walmart (no overnight parking signs and active patrol) or in front of the red fire lane only spots (illegal!!) What kind of advice is that from the hotel staff? I'm not risking getting my car towed because you said it was fine. What a joke.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. Staff were great.

Hotel was good and in a good location near the stores we would be visiting.

Property was clean, associates were friendly and the room was nice! The breakfast was included and delicious because they had waffles.

Breakfast was pretty good, they had quite a few selections. Friendly staff, clean room, spa and pool.
