Proximity to the train station , laundromat right beside , clear communication with the host including after hours processes , there is a lift Air conditioning - was there however did not cool down . Could not cool down from the heat , therefore could not sleep well. Did not try the breakfast as we left earlier

The folks running the B&B were fantastic. They helped us make international calls when my wife lost our credit cards. They also booked a reliable taxi for us. The bathroom was clean and modern. Not a thing.

Great location, very walkable distance to many must-see spots. 4 minutes walking distance to train station. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful with our travel needs. Highly recommended! May need more direction guide for the first time visitor to Florence, Italy

Excellent central location that was quiet at night. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful.

Clean facility, comfortable bed, good shower size and bathroom. Friendly employees. Conveniently close to Maria Novella Train Station. They provided teas and bottled water. Good sturdy pillows Breakfast selection. I do not eat sweets for breakfast. No opportunity to select your breakfast. Only one egg and a little slider with one slice of salami with sweets, juice and coffee Room was a loft. The bathroom was about 11 steps from the room above. There should be a big warning sign that this room is not suitable for seniors. We ate the breakfast on the first step. There were also steps from the room to the closet. .

The staff were incredibly helpful and patient. They frequently checked in on us, made sure we had plenty of water, and were always willing to answer questions. They spoke English and Spanish very well, making up for our poor Italian. The location was perfect! It was close to everything, including the train station, but not too close. The rooms didn’t have much of a view, plus the loft room was a little tight to navigate when breakfast came. These definitely wouldn’t stop me from booking again and the wonderful service and staff more than made up for it.

We loved the fresco painting on the ceiling. Some of the paint on trim needed to be refreshed. The breakfast was wonderful. They made your coffee to order.

Absolutely wonderful stay. The room was so pretty and comfortable with a great shower. The breakfast was delicious. The owners were communicative and very kind. I booked 30 minutes before arriving, and my room was spotless and ready to go. I loved not having to pay for a taxi to/from the train station. Would definitely stay again! Incredible value.

The breakfast was delicious and fabulous! I told them I was a type 1 diabetic and they created a high protein, low carb breakfast for me , with nuts, ham, eggs, Greek yogurt, incredible pears, cottage cheese, cream cheese and a low carb croissant . Absolutely nothing, our huge room had a 350 year old mural on the 30 foot high ceiling!

Great room. Owners and team members exceptional.

Mini vintage elevator to 2nd floor, carries one person with large bag. Ceilings are almost 5 meters high, and the heater is located 3 meters up, so it takes a while for heat to reach the floor level. Probably does a good job of handling heat in summer, but not so efficient for heating in +4 C temperatures.

Location was great The loft was not what we expected

Excellent location with a wonderful team who ensures you have everything you need, and a fabulous breakfast each day. We had a wonderful time that mixed rest with exploring Florence. We hope to return someday. Thanks for all your attention and care, B&B Kingsman.
