B&B Residenza San Gallo 79

The walls were a little thin but we had nice neighbors and we didn’t hear them much. Either way it was a really nice place!

We really loved the location and great instruction for our stay. The room is decent but there’s no love. It’s just a place to stay and there wasn’t any thing inviting and complimentary.

Spacious room and clean Location abit far from attractions

It was cute, comfortable and perfect. Breakfast was delicious and so much food. Location was perfect. Quiet, but close enough to city centre and lots of cafes and restaurants around. There was nothing to not like.

Very nice room - comfortable bed, view, nice breakfast, contact with owner, location - very close to city center. I can recommend the place Only small detail - lack of hooks in bathroom. Price was to high for this standard in my opinion, but Florence is very expensive during easter and price in San Gallo was quite good

The location was 10-15 minutes from the heart of Florence, and the promenade to get there was also very pleasant. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was warm and friendly. The room was large and really aristocratic. The bathroom was very convenient. The breakfast was served in a basket outside our door every morning, which was really cosy. The breakfast was not my favorite, but not bad whatsoever. The building is old so the noise isolation is not the best.

The property is located at about 18 min walk from the train station. I appreciated the quietness of the area, even if the room we stayed in was oriented towards 2 streets, there wasn’t much noise coming from outside, so we could rest well at night. The breakfast menu contained several options to choose from, along with cofee and tea. It was sufficient and worth the extra pay. The reception was staffed with a different person each day, all were very helpful and friendly.

Great, huge room with a beautiful side view of Duomo. Room is about 10 min walk from the centre but still has coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are on the third floor accessed by lift which was reliable. Breakfast was cute and you could choose each day from a selection. It would've been nice to have some milk in the room as I was often out early and back late. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely come again. Thank you.

A really cozy place in Florence. Everything was comfortable and the staff is very nice. Also the fact you can choose your breakfast is nice! It has netflix but it barely worked, probably due to not the strongest wifi

The location is really good, close to everything. The room super spacious and comfortable and they leave breakfast at your door every morning!

Helpful and kind staff, amazing location… Walking distance to Galleria dell’Accademia and Uffizzi… There’s a lovely café downstairs for you to start your day with a cappuccino and a croissant. There was a slight odor in the bathroom due to old building plumbing.

Good location ~10mins from main attractions, close to tram (to/from airport) and close to train station. Room was big with plenty of space. Breakfast was plentiful - arrived in basket outside the door to enjoy in the room. Free Netflix in the room is added bonus for foreign travellers. There is a big step into the ensuite bathroom. No space to hang clothing/towel in the bathroom and place for toiletries in the shower. The shower area is a little old/could do with redecorating to feel more clean

Easy to find, great location, close to team stop and St Marco sqare. Spacious room, comfortable bed, all you need is there, cleaned every day. Breakfast could be improved, I would expect more variety od savory items (ham, cheese, vegetables), most if not all breakfast items are sweet.

Nice location, close to all sights but not too busy, spacious and clean room, very friendly hosts. Overall we loved staying at this hotel and will gladly choose it next time

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast options were too much bread, but the coffee and orange juice were great!

- gr8 location - center, bus, tramvia close by - nice bathroom, nice shower - free coffee at the reception - elevator - heating with ac, so, it's pretty noisy - mattress is way too soft (it's personal, other ppl can see it differently) - not really cozy as it is one room decided with one wall stand to give space for a wardrobe and on the other side a Minibar and a kettle

Room was spacious & clean & the property felt secure. Good breakfast delivered to the room. Located in a pleasant area about 20 mins walk to the cathedral. No complaints.
