We had a great stay, the room was large and clean!

The room is on the small side, but it is well equipped with all the essentials. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room I stayed in had a somewhat unusual layout, with a step between the bed and the bathroom, so it’s worth paying attention, especially at night. The air-conditioning unit also takes up a bit of space, making the room feel slightly more compact. The hotel is within walkable distance to major attractions, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for a short visit. The property has the feel of an older apartment rather than a modern hotel. While the décor is a bit dated, the room was clean and comfortable.

The room was really good, especially with the aircon really helped after a long day. Also it was well equipped with kettle available.

The staff was so kind and helpful, the beds were very comfortable, the room was nice and clean, the shower was great. The only thing I would add to the room would be a small fridge (frigobar), but the host was so kind and let us to use the staff fridge, so we were able to keep some cold water and drinks. Nothing to complain. Everything was great.

Nothing It smelled really bad

Convenient location. Walking distance to everything I wanted to do. The room was very spare

The bed linen and towels were clean. There were tea bags, toast, and jam in the room. The balcony was extremely dirty.

Everything in the hotel room was very old. The shower cabin, toilet, etc. all need to be renovated. The hotel is actually clean, but because it is old, it looks dirty.

Cleaned daily, fairly easy to get back to from downtown as you just follow the road that leads to the main bridge. Friendly staff, spacious Construction work at 8am in the morning just outside the window, bathroom had a bad smell, potentially the cleaning products being used?

The room didn't have a fridge

Location is good,in just 5 minutes you reach the station where you can take the T2 tram that will bring you to the main train station or the airport.It takes only 15 minutes on foot to reach the Florence Duomo.It was easy for us to explore the city as it was so close.Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Staff was very friendly and the room was big and clean. We also had a small balcony which was nice. Free tea bags,some bread and jam was also on our table in the room :) The aircon in the room was working very well. The ceiling was very interesting although it was pretty cracked. The bed was very noisy so we couldn't sleep well because every single move would wake us up because of the noise that it was making :( There was a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom so we tried to leave the bathroom door and the balcony door open so that it might go away but after you close the bathroom door for a while,the bad smell is back.We also used the aircon in the room to get rid of that weird smell.I think the bathroom needs a better ventilation system.The building is for sure very old so I understand that it's one of the reasons that the building itself has a certain smell that you sense as soon as you enter the main door. I think that the price is right considering the location so for a short stay I think it's worth it.Florence is really a city that you must visit at least once in your lifetime :)

poor cleanliness and unfriendly staff

Location, High ceilings, secure. Super friendly staff let us leave our bags after check out. Toilet was not so clean. There was also a partial window leading to another room in our room that was odd.

The staff was so helpful! The size of the room was great for our family. Everything was perfect.

The place was adequately tidy and there were clean sheets and towels. The staff was friendly and kind enough to wait for us after we informed we might be slightly late. The place was not up to expectations and the bathroom was a safety hazard. The shower was very small for even an average size person and the bathroom floor was extremely slippery. my wife slipped and had a terrible injury which created problems for our entire trip.

After check we could leave our backpacks until 5 p.m.

The host was very nice! Like that there is a separate room from the bathroom. You could store your luggage there up till 1700 and there is a lift to the location. The room is honestly quite depressing. Kills my mood abit knowing that I have to come back to the room. Needs a new coat of painting and maybe some paintings. There seems to be mould in the bathroom as well. Location wasn’t exactly convenient as well. It was definitely near but out of the way from the main tourist location and there was construction at the entrance. Walls were very thin as well, other guest entering the location makes it sound like they are entering my room.

It was comfortable and spacious with character , comfortable beds and a great shower

the WIFI is terrible.
