It was so close to everything, the breakfast was amazing and the attention provided by the girl in the mornings was incredible, definitely would come back.

The room facility could be improved.

Clean and modern room with pleasant balcony view Property was very dificult to access, staff not on hand to help. We had to phone a number of times and eventually were let in by another guest. Each day were told they were not able to offer breakfast and that we should go to the cafe instead. Extremely dissapointing.

The quiet and nice location.

The elevator in the building is tiny, pretty hard to get in for 3 people alone, forget with suitcases.

It does not look like a "typical" hotel when the taxi pulled up, it is a single door with a sign to confirm you are at the right place (this was a little different for us being from America). Also, you cannot have rental cars in this area of Florence, taxi's, buses or walking are how you get around. Once you arrive the B&B is on the top floor, we took the stairs to locate where the rooms are. There is an elevator but can't access it until you have the access card. Contact the front desk by phone during the day for them to help with this. Would recommend to stay here! Directions on how to get in the building and location of the B&B once inside the building.

The room looks excellent, quite stylish and spacious. There's a fairly large veranda with a table and a superb view of the city. It's very beautiful, and breakfast there is probably especially pleasant during the warmer months from spring to fall. The hotel is located near the city center, with excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, as well as a large grocery store. It was also important to me that there was a refrigerator in the room (I like to keep my drinks cold). This is the second time we've encountered strikes at Italian airports, so unfortunately we missed the permitted check-in time of 10 PM. We arrived around midnight and were forced to find another place to stay because we couldn't get into the hotel. We understand that these conditions were agreed upon in advance and it wasn't the hotel's fault in this case, but it's still possible to find a solution to avoid such unexpected situations.
