Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast All was great!

Staff, cleaning, breakfest - very good! Rooms very comfortable, beds comfortable. Nothing to say!

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and so nice. It's a walk to Florence proper, which was a little daunting in the heat. But it's such a great hotel at an affordable price that the walk was worth it.

We loved the location and the quieter neighborhood. Easy walk to the river and downtown. They offered a great array of breakfast fare. Definitely a wonderful experience. We had the room near the stairs and we heard people stomping down quite a lot, since there is no carpet to dampen the noise.

This was our second time staying here in two years. We went as a family of five this time around so we stayed on the fifth floor in the room with the hot tub and balcony. The breakfast is a very nice feature. We loved that the location was away from the noise. The walk into the city was enjoyable. Our view from the room was gorgeous. The room and hotel were both very clean. The beds were comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The only negative about the room was the bathroom situation. There isn’t as much privacy in the bathroom as one would expect in the suite that holds 5 people. However it is important to note that the room we stayed in the 1st time (Not the suite with the hot tub), there was no issue with bathroom privacy.

Breakfast was as good as a cafe. Location is close to restaurants, and manageable for walks into town center. I had some issues with wifi reliability.

The property was very nice. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was super helpful. We asked lots of questions and they helped arrange taxis and helped arrange special activities in the area.

Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The pillows were absolutly hard and horrible. We had headache everytime we woke up.

The hotel was charming, clean, fresh and modern and the staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. We were able to store our luggage prior to checking in as well as the next day as we explored Florence. The parking situation. The street is very narrow and parking is limited. There really isn't a place to stop or park to check-in, etc. I knew there was a parking garage provided by the hotel but couldn't find it. You have to have them direct you. However, the front desk staff explained the situation, personally walked us to the private parking garage and showed us what to do. I should have asked for instructions prior to arrival but I didn't know what to expect. It all worked out though!

This was a really good stay for us. Comfortable room, good facilities, good location, great value and most importantly super frie dlg and helpful staff. Breakfast was also included and was super complete and delicious. The hotel really exceeded my expectations.

Hotel Orcagna is quaint, clean, and comfortable, just outside the busy part of Florence but still very walkable for anywhere you need to go. Noise from the streets was not an issue at all. Our family of four stayed for three nights. Breakfasts are great, and the women who run it truly want to make it the best. Highly recommend! Keep in mind that for the quadruple room, only the shower and toilet are in a separate area, and the door is made of frosted glass. The sink is in the main part of the room. Just some things to be aware of, based on your privacy needs.

Almost everything. The bathroom didnt have a curtain so it was uncomfortable por a group of 5 trying to take a shower.

This was a great stay, very comfortable, so great to have the Nespresso machine and some free pods. I would definitely stay here again. From the photos, I thought there was a hot tub we would have access to. However, it's only for the people who stay in apartments there. I would remove it from the pictures so as to not create false expectations.

The whole stay was very easy from arrival to departure. Great breakfast selection and accommodation for GF diets.

Room was great! We had a two bedroom room on a top floor with a large terrace - view of the Duomo from the terrace! Rooms were clean and modern. There was very little privacy in the bathroom. It was in the middle between the two bedrooms and open to both.

Friendly staff. Paper walls spread the noise from pipes, sewage, corridors, and other guests. Since we stayed 5 days, we really missed sleep in silence.
