Would be nice to have a window in the apartment. Shower did not have a shower screen so water would splash out but was only a minor inconvenience.

Great location close to attractions, and very quiet for its location on a busy street. Normally I need ear plugs to sleep places other than home but I didn’t even need them here. I barely heard a thing all night. The bed was a little hard for my liking but still comfortable enough to sleep when exhausted from being out and about all day.

We were really pleasantly surprised considering what we paid! The room was perfect, super clean and comfortable and in a beautiful old building. We were able to leave our luggage in the lockers provided on the day we were leaving which allowed us to see some more sights in Florence!

Spacious, clean, and free onsite luggage storage so you can go exploring right away. Very easy to use. Free water on site. Not earth breaking but there was a step to get to the bathroom.

Proximity to the heart of Florence. The small window facing a dark inner courtyard. The bathroom is awkward - if you are not a petite or with 2 it will be maneuvering around.

Good location, 10 mins walk to all the major attractions and SMN station. Excellent rooms - modern, well-lit. Very functional and clean. Friendly staff, total value for money. Sound could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper.
