The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was very conveniently located to the center of town. Roshan was very helpful in the mornings during breakfast. The hotel was a bit noisy. you could hear people talking in the hallways very clearly.

The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it very convenient to reach all the main sights. Nick at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. He provided professional service and gave us useful information about the city and local attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the warm hospitality. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was not quite powerful enough, so the room could feel a little warm at times.

The staff were friendly and very helpful we arrived early. They went out of there way to get the room ready before check in time. Also gave us a map to the city with plenty of places to visit and eat.!

Breakfast was great and staff were very kind! Cute and easy hotel The set up in the bathroom wasn’t the best. Because of how the shower doors barely came together in the center, water went everywhere on the floor each time you showered. We laid out all the towels on the floor to soak up the water. The shower door and the bathroom door also didn’t have much room to open so it would hit the sink or the bidet.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel has a great location, the room was comfortable and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, especially helpful during the 38°C heat. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommended! -

The location was ideal literally few minutes walk from SMN Station with great connections. Major cultural and historical attractions were at walking distance. Lifts need to be bigger

Great location from SMN station. It was exceptionally hot and the air conditioning worked very well and was much appreciated. Room was super clean and so were the common areas. Breakfast was very nice and they had a very nice selection of gluten free items served to me in a basket when I sat down.

- staff were absolutely incredible, the reception staff were all amazing, and housekeeping staff were so friendly too, and the breakfast staff. Thank you! - lovely sheets and comfy beds. - location was fantastic. - layout of rooms was a bit funny due to the building being a bit old, this is a small point. - minibar prices were missing which led to some confusion about what was complementary, again a very minor point. - put towel hooks in the bathrooms, this is such an easy fix and would make a big difference.
