The staff at Hotel Boccaccio were some of the nicest people we came across in our travels! Every single one of them went out of their way to smile, say hi, and ask if they could help in anyway. They made recommendations of places to tour, things to eat and how best to get there. They stored our luggage for us after checking out in a secure area so we could continue to tour Florence. When our train was delayed they turned on the lights and a/c in the breakfast area so we could relax comfortably while we waited. They were the absolute nicest people and the hotel was great!

Great accommodation, good price, great location, fantastic breakfast, excellent staff. Maybe a bit pricey but we’d stay here again.

Location is very convenient only 3 min walk from the train station. Room is clean and breakfast was very good The room doesn’t have sound block, I can hear next door conversation so hard to sleep if the room is facing the Main Street it also has traffic noise

The location was perfect; just a short walk from the train station and main sites. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing; perfect start to the day. There could have been more toiletries (toilet paper) and the fridge in the room did not work, but everything else was perfect for us.

We could never get the room cooling to work properly. Always too hot in the room.

Location near station and helpful concierge service who helped reserve a dinner at local restaurant. Gave good suggestions for food. Breakfast on site was a nice surprise and well worth the cost of stay. Multiple cappacinos were given and they opened breakfast early to serve us on two days for our outings. Smaller unit and floor was very slippery. It is a fall hazard with or without shoes.

Convenient for the railway station and city centre, friendly receptionist who also recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner, comfortable single room that entirely met my needs. I'd stay here again without hesitation. Everything was good. Yes, the street can be a bit noisy, but this is an Italian city and I loved the vibrant atmosphere so this isn't a grumble.

Convenient location for train station and for tram to airport. Gregarious reception staff. Everything worked. Location was noisy -- auto traffic, pedestrians. There was no extra space in the room.

Breakfast was delicious and in small cafe attached to the hotel, location was super convenient for catching the train yet still sightseeing in Florence. Staff was super helpful with recommendations, reservations etc. Great experience!
