Excellent location, clean with all comodities. Make sure to take the room with view on street because our had a bad view, understable because all rooms was reserved at this time of the year.. The owner is very friendly. He helped us to transport our 2 suitcases to the train station (very near). A big plus for seiors of 74 years old.

The “hotel” was not well marked and the shower was terrible. It would not cost that much to at least replace the shower head if nothing else.

No remote for the air condition in the living area. Entrance was not marked well and dirty area. Shower did not work well at all.

Good location by train station. Busted toilet seat & peeling paint left bad impression of property upkeep.

It's self check-in so I didn't meet any hotel staff, but they answered my messages quick. Very aged apartment with cheap deco and furniture, but it was clean. It's very close to the city transportation hub, trains, buses, and trams. Thy don't keep your luggages after you check out. You have to spend money on the luggage storage service, but fortunately there's one right by the entrance of the bus station.

Very close to the train station so it was very accessible. There are a lot of restaurants and everything is within walking distance.

No on-site reception. Sketchy area. No lift and two flights of steep stairs. You can do better for the same price.

L'unica cosa positiva è la vicinanza alla stazione e la cucina condivisa attrezzata. Per il resto il bagno con la doccia piccolissima, non c'era luce a sufficienza nel bagno, in camera funzionavano male e le coperte erano piene di peli.... che schifo

Stated check in time is 1:30. Got there at 2:00 and no one answered buzzer or bell. No one answered phone or email. After 30 minutes I was forced to book another hotel. I want a refund!!!

L'hôte est réactif via la messagerie Hôtels.com et a était super arrangeant et sympa lors de l'arrivée. Deux points plus négatifs : la clim ne semble pas fonctionner correctement et fait beaucoup de bruit, et nous n'avons pas vu la couleur d'un petit déjeuner pour un B&B...

la struttura è ben ubicata, a pochi minuti di distanza dalla stazione di Firenze, e a 10-15 min a piedi dal centro di Firenze. Posizione Eccellente. Anche se centrale è una zona molto trafficata e rumorosa, dal mattino alla sera continui rumori provengono dalla strada, per il resto molto spaziosa e confortevole.
