I loved the quiet pool area for a break from the heat. Very friendly and helpful staff. I didn’t have any complaints outside of the AC could have been a little cooler in my room.

Excellent location! Easy walk to shopping, museums, restaurants, and the train station. Staff was incredibly friendly, cleaned the room daily, and let us keep our bags for most of the day after checkout. Bed was quite comfortable. Pool was nice to have during a heatwave.

The location was ideal for train access. The property was very clean and well maintained. The room was large, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. We will return!!

This hotel was clean and comfortable and the pool - in 100 degree temps - SAVED us! The hotel staff was kind and the room was wonderful. The hotel could use a refresh. Everything was very clean, but certain areas were well-worn.

Don’t be fooled by the street front of the property- it is a hidden gem and once you go inside it’s stylish and comfortable. The pool was a little sanctuary from the crazy heat wave we were caught in. Our room was so spacious and comfy for our family. The staff was so lovely, helpful and accommodating. Its proximity to the train station, shopping, restaurants, sites was perfect. There really isn’t much not to like!

The hotel is centrally located near the Academia and the Duomo. It is also walking distance to the train station. We enjoyed sitting on the small balcony attached to our room in the evening. The pool is very refreshing after a long day of walking and exploring. The breakfast is very good with a nice variety of hot and cold options.

Size of the room. Beds and air conditioning good. Room service with clean towels and bottles of water. Excellent breakfast. Bathroom was not stone. Mildew stains in shower. Pool very small.

Location was perfect . Ideally located in the centre of the city . The rooms were spacious and the beds arguably the most comfortable I ve slept on ., The added facilities of swimming pool and roof top bar made for a great experience The hotel would be fit from a really upmarket restaurant. There is plenty of space also . The lack of this was a slight drawback .

Location is great, staff is attentive and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good. The only real issue is that it advertises and has AC in the room. But ours never worked. TBD if it's centrally controlled or what, but even on high, the thing never spat out air. The AC unit in the room didn't work.

Location was excellent for my needs - an easy 7 minute walk from train station FMN with roller bag. My room was updated and clean and nicely cooled with AC, bed was very comfortable, very nice bathroom. I had to depart before breakfast, and so they provided a sack bag of snacks - very kind gesture. Front reception staff were very welcoming and helpful with local suggestions, restaurant recommendations, and made a taxi reservation for me. Lovely pool and courtyard - I did refresh my feet in the water. Loved the rooftop terrace and had a relaxing Happy Hour up there with a friend, enjoying the 360 views.

Good central location, easy to find, incredibly helpful staff- held & delivered our luggage to our room once it was ready, great complimentary breakfast of hot & cold items! Having a pool is wonderful after a hot day of travel. Bathroom and shower are very small, nothing to be done here but something to keep in mind if you need more space.

Breakfast was wonderful and the service of the staff that work in the dining area were exceptional. Our room was very nice with a bedroom and another area to relax in. Our room was cleaned every day. They are thorough and one of the best hotels we have stayed in. We arrived early and were told we could wait in the garden area, they would come get us. Two hours later I went to check, I guess they forgot. However, our bags were taken up to our room which we appreciated. Not really a complaint, we were tired and just wanted to relax.

The Air Conditioning could have been cooler and I would have loved Umbrellas on the rooftop bar. It was very warm in the sun.
