Pretty room with frescos ceiling, wonderful breakfast with fresh cappuccino & coffee, fruit, eggs, pastries and more. Clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom and close the train station, walking distance to restaurants and sights.

Convenient Location/Quiet Room

Helpful staff. Accommodating. Time consuming to go up and down the hotel when using the elevator. Small rooms.

The location was ideal. Our stay was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was better than the other places we stayed at while in Italy. It was also very safe.

Both the location and breakfast were satisfactory. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful . The third floor location, slow, inadequate elevator, only one outlet with ground terminal in the bathroom, no outlet with ground in the room

The woman fixing breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The noise from the street was not reflected in the price charged for the room. Should have been half the price. The bed was hard and low. Bedbugs. Coverlet on the bed was ancient and filthy.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the property overall was well maintained. The Wi-Fi was very fast, although it required frequent re-entry of credentials. The property does not qualify as a hotel; it is essentially a standard bed and breakfast in both layout and shared spaces. The staff was not attentive or friendly, and the reception area appeared disorganized, with an unprofessional attitude overall. The process for requesting and receiving the invoice was cumbersome. I had to wait about 20 minutes before someone arrived at reception. I stayed in a room near the kitchen/breakfast area, which was very noisy, and I was frequently woken up early as guests began having breakfast. The breakfast itself was minimal, with extremely limited options. There is also little privacy, as all guests share a single long table. This setup is not clearly communicated on the website, and no photos are provided to reflect it. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, especially considering the high nightly cost.

The property is well located and the staff very helpful and accommodating.

Room kept very clean. Good location. Special mention goes to Maria who was very friendly and efficient and cooked us eggs every morning. She also made sure everything was topped up at the buffet breakfast. And she also liked The Beatles. Buffet breakfast was a bit limited for choice but that was due to lack of space in a historic building.

Location, comfortable and clean bedroom, good space and storage. Water in the mini fridge, thanks . Breakfast was included and was yummy, great cappuccino, staff was awesome. Kept my baggage after I checkout. Shower was a little yellow.

A bit of difficulty checking in on the second floor, very slow elevator. Also there were constantly insects in the breakfast area- one of the days we didn’t eat because they were going into the food

great location. clean room. air conditioning friendly service the noise from the street slightly penetrates the room even through the double glass windows, but i it is acceptable if you choose such a central location.

The location is good, the room was clean and nice, the staff were amazing! Not hesitate to help in every request. We took one night and decided to stay more, the breakfast was very good. The elevator slowly but it is unique building, most of the time we use the stairs and it was fine

Very practical location, close to the railway station. Nice and mostly quiet room. Low pressure in the shower. Breakfast was a bit sparse.
