The property was absolutely stunning real taste of Italy. Everything was fine.

Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, clean, great service, all amenities. Wouls be great idea to add Shower gel , in shower.

Loved the building itself. Pure Italian feel and great views from the windows. Great gardens too. Only the breakfast option was a little on the low side of things and the toast felt it was kept frozen but overall all was good

Astonishing “villa” with garden, in optimal location well served by public transport (bus) to get to the city centre (20 minutes) and stadium (15 minutes by walking). Excellent staff, kind, respectful and professional with warm hospitality.

he room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony that was perfect for relaxing. The bathroom was also exceptionally large and well-equipped, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is ideal if you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and enjoy a quieter, more peaceful atmosphere. While you'll need to take public transport or a taxi to reach the main attractions, the connections are straightforward and it's a great option for those looking for a relaxing base while visiting the city. Taxis in Florence are quite expensive, so travelling to the city centre by taxi every day can become costly. There are bus stops conveniently located near the hotel, making public transport a good and more affordable alternative. While taxis are certainly more convenient, that added convenience comes at a higher price.

We loved our stay there! Although was only for a couple of nights, exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

A friendly welcome. A lovely house and garden with some character. Several bars and restaurants within an easy walk. Buses to town from nearby, but they were a bit irregular. City centre 45 minutes on foot.

We liked the room, it was comfortable and big. As well we liked the breakfast and the host was very polite and kind We liked all, the location is not really in the Centre. Is near (3-4km) , the only issue if we can say it was the bus 7 which circulates a little hard ( specially in the night ) but it has nothing to do with the location and how we felt

The staff are very very friendly and accommodating. So kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful location. A short 20 minute bus journey (No. 17/7) to Florence city centre, which the staff kindly provide tickets for. Nothing bad. Lovely stay.

Lovely and gracious property. A large secluded property with sitting areas outside on the room balconies and in the yard. Outside of the busy traffic area of the city but with lovely restaurants nearby and public transit. Can’t think of anything.

It was very spacious and clean The balcony was very inviting but had some little ants , and that put me off from going there ☹️, but probably because of the trees, but definitely amazing view from it .

Excellent rooms, lovely villa. The bathroom was well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. About a 2.5 km walk to the center of town in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is a few steps away also. We alternated using the bus and walking to and from the center. You can purchase bus tickets at the front desk, which is very convenient. They will also give you detailed directions on the various buses and stops and schedules. We really enjoyed staying in this lovely place. The family are so helpful and kind--they live on the property and are always reachable. Pretty gardens with seating areas. Also, we found some great restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of food. We definitely will be back! Nothing, it was great!
