Although outside the city centre it was very well located and the shuttle bus was very convenient. Opposite the river beautiful location Showers didnt seal properly

My family and I loved the chic and modern design of the hotel! It is also in close proximity to restaurants, pharmacies, stores, historical buildings and architectural icons of Florence. We were also able to find a laundromat within 5 min. walking distance from hotel to wash our clothing. Breakfast was included - a huge spread of delicious food and beverage items, the hotel room itself was spacious, clean, modern & had an array of FREE amenities upon arrival. I loved how sweet the entire staff was in the bar and dining area. Our only complaint is with the concierge/front desk staff. There was one gentleman who worked at the front desk always appearing to be polite, but was condescending when we had questions. It’s unfortunate because the concierge/front desk staff are typically the first and last people you see at a hotel. They are the people who leave the most impression on a guests’ stay. I truly hope management could speak to their concierge/front desk staff to be a bit more understanding and polite when encountering guests who are coming from other countries and their first language is not Italian.

Great location, good breakfast choices. Love the large reception spaces and great food in the restaurant. The receptionists were very informative and welcoming with great knowledge of the area. All the road works in front of hotel was distracting and created issues to cross the roads. Food in the restaurant was great but was over priced.

The staff were amazing, the food was exceptional the location is very nice and prime near the shops and city center. The internet Wi-Fi connection is a bit weak. The low availability for places in the shuttle service.

Everything. The hotel is located in the quiet area of town but easily walkable into the central Florence ( about 15 mins). They also have a free shuttle bus to and from town. Remember to book your spot once you've checked in. Nothing

Room was large enough for 3 persons. It was really clean. Breakfast was perfect you have enough options. Location was great and also they have free shuttle service. Room was good however there was a sound from electricity panel which can be annoying during night but it was not that much.
