Great Clean. Spacious.

The reception was excellent, and the receptionist was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The stay was wonderful, and the property is located just a few steps away from the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with excellent amenities. Special thanks to the receptionist for her great support and cooperation throughout our stay. We will definitely return again on our next visit. The internet connection could definitely be improved.

Everything

The room was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. Everything in the room was new and well-maintained, and you could tell they really care about cleanliness. The room was also quite spacious, which made the stay even more enjoyable. If I visit Florence again, I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommen

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, clean facilities One tip for management - I wish the rooms had a small table in the entryway so I could read or eat

Our stay at Le Rêve de Naim Firenze truly exceeded expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which made our experience even more special. The property is elegant, beautifully maintained, and feels brand new, with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The smart TV was a great addition, allowing us to relax and enjoy our favorite shows after long and busy days exploring Florence. The location is very good, with parking options available, overlooking the Arno river and Michelangelo plazza on the other side and the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A lovely extra touch was that all minibar items were complimentary. The place genuinely feels like a home away from home — comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. The hotel is located at an intersection, so occasionally you could hear passing ambulance or police sirens. However, this did not significantly disturb our stay.

Staff was phenomenal.

Great location, just outside the ZTL so you don't have to worry about fines when you drive there. Parking is €20 a night at the time of writing. Secure parking lot. It's a small parking lot, so you will leave the key with reception so that they can move cars around as needed. Staff was very attentive to all our needs. Free snacks in the room, Nespresso coffee, etc. they provided a bassinet for our little one. The hotel is a ~15-20 minute walk away from the dome. Nothing

I had originally booked two rooms at the hotel, but my reservation was upgraded to two suites.

Pillows were a bit too soft, perhaps we should have asked for thicker ones. The room furniture is "fancy" but not very comfortable. Our room had no table and no power plugs in the "living area".

It’s location, it was walking distance from most of the attractions

Absolutely beautiful room, super clean and perfect.
-
The staff was amazing and very helpful The location is a little bit far from the train station
-
The room was large and the bed was comfortable. 1) The couch was a bench set against the wall which was not comfortable for relaxing or watching tv. 2) There was black mold over the air conditioning vents and in the bathroom. 3) the shower leaked and the towel warmer did not work. 4) The decor was dated.

its ok, doesn't have a restaurant is just a pretentious place to stay
-
Parking was difficult... only 4 spots in the "lot". Spartan furnishings in some rooms.

We stayed at this hotel recently. It’s small and cozy. The location isn’t right in the center, but it’s close enough — a

Great location. Beautiful interior. Big space. Helpful staff. I would like to have a soap and towel racks in the bathroom on my next visit.

The room was comfortable, the staff were very helpful, the accommodations were really good and included snacks and drinks. Small parking area but it was sufficient for our needs. Overall we were very satisfied. There was construction outside on the street and we had a hard time finding the way into the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault and out of their control. Just that may had been helpful to know or better signage during construction.

The checking process was extremly easy. The staff was friendly and the facilities were relatively modern. The light in the bathroom was not working well. The layout in the bathroom was strange and you had to go over the toilet to get to the shower. It is a bot far off the town center, relative to the price paid.
