It’s very close to the centre and all the amenities. It’s also beautifully located and you can walk everywhere

The overall design and decoration were superb. The art was just beautiful. Location was great. Nothing that we did not like.

The room was too small for our luggage bags to be opened.

The twin beds are pretty comfortable. The AC in the room worked well. Water pressure is good in the rain style shower and works for tall people (I'm 6'1"). Breakfast is good with plenty of variety including yogurt, breads/toast, pastries, sliced meats, cheeses, salad, fruit, and beverages. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower is small but not a dealbreaker (no tub). For bigger people it might be a struggle. We had to fix the shower door as it was off track. Some additional attention when cleaning the shower door tracks would be recommended. Two of my friends stayed in one of the upgraded rooms with a shower/tub but there was a half wall that didn't prevent water from escaping while showering and there was no door/curtain. Water just drenched the whole bathroom and ran down a drain. It appears intentional but was not designed well at all. They could provide more and better seating in the breakfast room as they went for style over efficiency. While the breakfast variety is good there are few hot options limited to scrambled eggs, hot dogs, and bacon. The Bacon is typical for Europe which appears undercooked and is not crispy as people in the US are accustomed to.

Beautiful place to stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful with any of my requests. The breakfast was so delicious and they serve caffe with breakfast.

Very helpful staff. Hotel was clean with nice rooms and refrigerator in room. Breakfast was great ( very important) Location was across the street from the river and about a 10 to 15 minute walk into the city center. Great rooftop area with an amazing view NA

There’s a picture above of what appears to be a beautiful rooftop sitting area. We were not told about nor we aware of it. Would’ve been a nice place to sit if we’d been told
-
The bathroom could be a little bit cleaner.

The property was very lovely and clean. We had a beautiful view of the city which we loved. Location was good we just walked everywhere.

Small modern hotel in Florence. Modern and very clean. Location is right outside the historical area so it’s a 5-10 walk to get to any amenities. Staff was very friendly with a receptionist always available. The rooms are split between two different towers. Getting to your room from the elevator is confusing as you have to walk through several corridors and go up and down stairs on different levels. Can be a big pain if you have luggage.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very small and uncomfortable for two people and not worth the price. Also, there are better locations in Santa Croce that are not far from the beaten path so to speak that are of better value.

did not had breakfast all good

Location, staff and overall state of the hotel. The shower in the junior suite had a very weird and not so efficient design.

All the staff great Small parking area

The location was good. The room was too expensive for what we got. They said the higher price was for balcony and bed??? Balcony was tiny and overlooked construction and the bed was a king but not that comfortable nor were the pillows. The noise level during day was bad as there was construction and at night it seemed like a race trac with all the motor bikes and cars. I put on a rain sound on my phone to try to sleep and the car sounds were still there. The breakfast was just ok, typical European breakfast. Extra eggs or omlett cost more. It should not be rated s 4 star.
