We were instantly greeted by the hotel manager as we were early. He graciously let us in, offered us cold water and then gave us a full tour of the building, visiting tips, emergency numbers to call, a map and recommendations on tours, restaurants etc. He went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one! The room was perfect, comfy beds and as it was extremely hot out, already air conditioned! The location is steps from the Tram station which we used to access the Train station and airport! Oh....and there's an elevator!

Guesthouse was in a very central location. Our room was really nice and clean. And finally, Dario was very hospitable and helped us with everything. Highly recommended.

great location the bathroom!! i travel a lot and this is one of the worst bathroom i have seen there was a problem with flashing system which already informed the first day !the bathroom made it very smelly luckily we where just there for a couple days before we continued our trip

Très bon emplacement au calme mais à 2 pas du Tram direct pour l'aéroport et de la place Duomo. Communication très facile avec l'hôte. La chambre était très jolie avec beaucoup de cachet. C'etait très propre. Le lit est super confortable !Je recommande et je reviendrai !

The reception is super nice and caring, they give you all the information and recommendations at the entrance. Room is very clean and in a nice style, maintaining the historical character of the building. It is close to the center but not in the very crowded area. I recommend! Everything as expected ☺️

Excellent location and decor. The room is comfortable, spacious and cozy. Additionally, the staff is friendly. The sound insulation is very good. I was surprised when I woke up in the morning and opened the window - I had not noticed the noise outside.
