Location, towels and bes Couldn’t watch World Cup game bec TV had bad WiFi. The room had bad WiFi, the room had bad air conditioning and it was very hot, the bathroom door did not close, it was very old with broken tiles. Parking was 70 EUR for 2 night and took very long time to recover it. Staff did not ask me how was my stay.

The location was amazing. Walking up to the sounds of bells in the morning and stepping down to the piazza. Duomo, museum accademia are all within 10 mins walk. It was so convenient The hotel is well kept, clean and has very helpful staff Nothing

Just the location, it was easy to get to museums, restaurants and downtown. Breakfast included was ok. The entire room. False advertisement because the photos on the reservation didn’t match at all the actual room. Room was old, not clean, small and uncomfortable. There wasn’t enough electrical plugs to charge phones. Mini fridge was old and rusted Bed wasn’t made. TV was very small and didn’t worked. Shower bathroom was extremely tiny and uncomfortable, it didn’t have any room to showered.

Breakfast was amazing. The location was awesome. The beds were very uncomfortable, and there was an air freshener smell in the room that bothered my allergies

You could not ask for a better location. The air conditioning would not cool past 24, making it very warm in the room.

The room has a good size but the hotel is old, so the bathrooms are clean but not very modern. Not a lot of storage space.

I did not like that the room looked very worn, which at times gave it a dirty impression. We paid an additional fee for a second person, but during our entire stay — 7 days — towels and hygiene products were provided only for one person. We received pillows, but not an extra blanket. However, we paid the extra fee. The question is: what exactly did we pay for, if the hotel service remained incomplete? Recommendation: hotel staff should communicate with each other so that the customer does not have to suffer because of it. In addition, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. For the entire 7-day stay, both of us were covered in red mosquito bites.

The location is fantastic and the staff super helpful! The room needed updated. Walls were dirty, shower old, furniture was old and dinged up. We were there for some warm days and the air conditioner doesn’t come on till June per regional policy.-understandable, but The room was miserably hot.
