Breakfast was good. The location was FANTASTIC. A walking distance to ALL tourist attractions from Santa Croce, Ponte Vecchio, Plasszo Pitti, Bobble Gardens, Santa Maria Novella, and Galleria Di Firenze!

The hotel has a fantastic location within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The building is full of historic charm, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable with nice rooms. Has an elevator. Staff was nice. Has a good breakfast and a bar. I liked everything.

I loved staying at the Loggiato Dei Serviti hotel in Florence. The staff there are super friendly, professional and helpful. It is a very comfortable, classy place to stay. They have excellent breakfasts, good variety and quality. The location is super close to the Accademia museum for seeing "David". Good variety of restaurants and lunch spots nearby. I would stay there again for sure next time I go to Florence. If you can stay in a room with view of the Duomo. My room overlooked the square, it was comfortable and quiet.

Staff was great. Building was lovely, the room was very comfortable. I appreciated the elevator, very close to everything. There were homeless sleeping each night in the piazza. No problems I’m aware of but if I was traveling alone it would make me uncomfortable.

I love the timeless look of the property and the location. There was nothing I did not like about the property. I am definitely booking another stay when I return to Florence.

The staff here is truly exceptional! From the moment we checked in, the staff were wonderfully attentive and seemed to anticipate our every need before we even asked. The hotel itself is stunning the beautiful design carried through from the entrance all the way down to the rooms. We especially loved our room and the layout of our room everything was immaculate and high- end between the incredible service, the delicious breakfast, and the verifiable decor, this was a perfect stay!

A lovely, small hotel in an historic building. Away from the crowds. Every detail is attended to. Warm welcome, beautiful decor with antiques. Florence is all about beauty, so it's best to stay in a hotel that is beautiful, no?

Loggiato Dei Serviti is located on a famous square in Florence in an historic building. Our room was a spacious suite with lovely antiques and modern amenities, including air conditioning that worked very well. Above all, the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive.

Location was everything - just around the corner from the touristy crowds- but tucked away enough to have peace on the am and pm - room had high ceiling - glorious windows - staff was superior and kind - lines were lovey - felt safe and secure - and the sitting room / lobby was a lovey place to take a breather The only thing I would change would be to have had a “ traditional shower “ I’m not sure what I had in my room and I was not aware of it when booking or would have chose another option - but my shower was basically a drain in the middle of the bathroom with a shower wand on the wall - so after walking more than 10 Miles a days this was not a relaxing way to refresh ie having to have warm arm hold wand and try to wash hair / body at same time - I managed but I would make sure to not have this again especially on a five day stay - there was a slight odor of sewage a couple days thru the hall Way but I just assume that may happen time to time in a building this old - it was immaculate in the cleanliness department

Beautiful hotel with excellent room. Excellent location. 3 minutes from the tram and David museum. 6 minutes from the Duomo. Great breakfast. We needed to do laundry and it was very expensive. Do you laundry elsewhere.

A little noisy since it’s near the younger artist residences.

Charming hotel, great size suite.location! Young students from old university on graduation day on the square where the hotel is. Nice to watch the traditions. See laurel crowns on the photo.

The breakfast was really excellent - varied, plentiful, and fresh. And the coffee was top notch. Our room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. And the location is impossible to beat. I didn't love the pillows, despite the many choices. They were all rather hard.
