Everything clean, very nice garden and location! Big room and bathroom! We enjoy it!

Nice location and fairly large and clean property. Kind enough to let me keep my luggage till 1 pm (even though the checkout was at 10 am). Could add more lighting (personal preference).

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable! The courtyard was a nice plus. We were promised breakfast, but that never happened! Never saw anyone at the property.

The breakfast coupons are better than nothing, and the cafe is just next door. However, even a simple order of a drink, a sandwich, and a sweet pastry exceeds the coupon's value, leaving you to pay the difference. It’s particularly confusing because there are no listed prices in the cafe.

Very good location near the city center and various points of interest. Bus stop from the train station nearby. The room is comfortable with good ventilation. Typical Italian breakfast in a cafeteria next doors.

As described if not bigger than expected. Basic breakfast supplies left. Quiet location. Comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge and the bath lovely. Not met at arrival even though it was only 5pm. We were asked to meet staff at 10 a.m. the next day but they didn't show. We ended up asking them to meet us to check out and showed our i.d. then. Breakfast included but a bit basic. The cereal left on day 2 was 1 small pack of cornflakes between 2 guests. We couldn't work the hob at first which I had to message about. The kitchen area is functional but not luxury at all. The balcony has no furniture. The entry door was tempereramental and didn't always work. We only realised on the last day that you could use a key.

Very good communication with the host. Easy access / check-in although we arrived late. Beautiful apartment, central located, but with some parking facilities quite close. Very good combination of old, epoque, furniture and modern comfort facilities. High ceilings in wood, beautiful. Quite good breakfast, functional kitchen. Enormous bathroom,with beautiful terrace and garden view. Host prepared all those small amenities that are important when you travel. There are only two windows, one in the small sleeping / dining room and the other, very big with much more light in the bathroom. One enter directly in the bigger sleeping room. But everything was very charming and one is aware of limits imposed by XVIII century palace.

Photos of the apartment listed on Booking.com were genuine and accurate. The beds, both the queen bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room, were extremely comfortable. The apartment has a very large and immaculate bathroom that met our needs. Everything was fine!

Lovely apartment, beautiful decor. Breakfast isn't really great, prepackaged sweet snacks, but maybe some bread or cheese would improve it. Everything else was great

The location was great, a quiet street, close to the four seasons and in a good neighbourhood, a short walk away from the centre. The manager was super efficient and easy to contact, he got me an iron promptly, and ordered a very early morning taxi for the airport. The room was beautiful in an old building with beautiful restored vintage furniture, the bathroom was airy and dreamy, a bathtub with a garden view, and the kitchen and living room were all easily accessible and roomy. The breakfast was placed discreetly on the dining table, and the room kept clean every day. Entrance lobby was a bit dark

The suite has a good size, the room is spacious and the bathroom is very well equipped. I loved the room and the location, it's very close to the bus stop with several options of directions in Florence. Check in and check out were easy and fast. All information was sent to me in advance via WhatsApp, and the host was very kind at all times. There is nothing to complain at all.

I love the bathroom , it’s very nice and spacious. It has a very nice style. Everything was perfect. The host has good communication and it was easy access to the property.
