Solution oriented front desk and concierge staff. Attentive and well trained restaurant staff. The tranquil garden within the property. Overall ambience of the interior spaces. Exceptional spa products and facilities. additional attention to cleanness would be appreciated e.g. a policy for staff to remove outdoor shoes when walking into the rooms (as it is the case in hotels in Japan).
