Location, staff and breakfast. This is going to be my hotel in Florence.

Easy access coming into the city by tram from the airport or car rental. Well located (10-20 minute walks from many sites of interest). Good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful with questions and dinner reservations.

Hotel is very located, quiet and safe. The architecture is very good.Staff are very friendly, they helped us to take the luggages and directed to the room. The room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast can be improved a bit, adding a little more choices will be great.

The hotel breakfast quality was not that great, did not match the vibe of this fancy hotel. We ended up having to go out for breakfast after having some coffee here.

Chosen because of availability and proximity to train station. Satisfied those requirements. No ramp into property so luggage needed to be carried up several steps at the entrance and no one was outside to assist.

The staff were all amazing! The bed was comfy, and the location was great, walking distance from train and many of the attractions. Breakfast was good, lots of good choices. room service was quick, and so was the front desk. Poor water pressure, no hot water, just warm or cold. rooms need some TLC, chipped paint, water damage, thin walls. and the power went out for a short period of time twice, and at one point the elevators were down.
