Location and staff The shower cubicle is very narrow, the shower head is only on the ceiling, and there's not even a place to put the shampoo.

A great place to stay if travelling by train. It was clean and comfortable. It had a kettle which was huge plus from a tea drinker :) It was also great to have the mini fridge to store milk and juices. There were lots of cafes and walks that were easily accessible. It was good to have staff on site for check in and if any issues. The shower head was damaged (we think) so the water spray was a bit unpredictable and no additional hose so for women a little challenging, if you catch my drift. We did have an issue where our booking was done via Booking.com last minute the night before so the money was held on my account but was asked to verify with a card ping on arrival. I panicked as I didn’t want to be charged twice but useful to know if doing the same. It was fine in the end, just unusual as I didn’t have to do that anywhere else.
