Location was very near the conference we attended at the Fortezza da Basso (7 min walk.) We had stayed at this hotel before for a museum exhibit and found the hotel to be very comfortable. It is close to the SM Novella station. The inside of the hotel is quite nice - clean, comfortable beds, large rooms, and quiet. Great staff, good breakfast. Would recommend and stay again. Nothing.

Street noise at night….comes with the territory. It is a B&B, no full time desk, but it was staffed during the day.

Wonderful breakfast, and the staff’s friendliness was truly exceptional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with an open and relaxing feel. We also loved the nice patio area and the modern, minimalistic eco-inspired decor throughout the hotel. The location was excellent as well and made it easy to enjoy the area.

The room and bathroom were lovely. It all looks new and there is a lot of space to put your things. The breakfast is delicious with so many choices! But the best part of our stay was Ana! Ana was amazing! She was always answering questions for us and helping us locate sights around the area. Ana also made sure to greet us in the breakfast room and make steamed milk for my coffee. She even held our luggage for us and when we picked it up she gave us cold water and a place to relax before our journey to the next city in Italy. Ana is a gem! The area is just ok, but it is extremely close to the train station.
