I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Joli! It was a great spot for a short two-night stay and the location was incredibly convenient. It’s super close to the train station, which made arriving and getting around very easy, but it’s also within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, shops, and other things to explore. The hotel was comfortable and had everything I needed for a quick stay. I especially appreciated being able to easily come and go without having to worry about transportation. The location made it a great home base for exploring the area while still being convenient for catching the train.

The location was blissful, the room was a great size. Had all the things you need, comfortable and cheery and simple. Aircon was great for mid July and elevator a welcome reprieve for the feet. Breakfast was a delight, and the little balcony just beautiful. It felt like staying somewhere where the people working there cared about you and your family. Nothing at all. It was perfect for the four of us across two rooms.

Excellent location, very good room size, the owners and employees are really friendly and made us feel very welcomed. And the breakfast is excellent, with the home made tiramisu and a lot of options to choose.

It was close to SM Novella. It was small, cute. Rooms were clean and decent. The check in is not 24 hours. So reach before 10.30. We didn't read this initially when booking.

Good location for us coming straight from the train. They kept our bags for us while we waited for our train to leave florence. The room was not as pictured online. The two beds pushed together to make one double bed was pretty uncomfortable. The room we were in there was a man doing some sort of work right outside our door.

The hosts are very nice people. The rooms is nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also quite good. We were able to work in the breakfast room until 12.

The room was on the smaller size but it was big enough for our needs. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the train station and the big market as well. Staff was extremely helpful: we checked out before the official breakfast time and they prepared a little bag of breakfast for us to take away. Everything was fine

This is a family-run hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is both convenient and quiet. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room during the summer heat. I suggest providing a standing fan to compensate, as the current unit is slightly undersized for the space. Other than this, it was a perfect stay.
