The location is very convenient, close to the city centre. Too expensive for the level of quality offered. The place is dirty and neglected. Mould on the bathroom walls is considered absolutely normal by the owner and was not removed even after complaining about it.

The only good things were the location and nice staff. Rooms seriously unclean. Please see pictures, marks in sheets, mould in the bathroom and dust everywhere. Stinky room, carpet which hasn't been cleaned in ages...

Breakfast was good. Room had amazing view. Quiet place , a bit far from touristic routes . Close to the train station. The bathtub was blocked.

Breakfast was good. Quite varied for all nationalities. The staff were attentive and dealt with varied attendance well I didn't like being faced with an 88euro bill for a local tax just as I was checking out. A bit of a surprise Not that I think it shouldn't be levied but a bit of warning from the hotel would have been nice.

Hotel in the centre and main attractions reachable by foot. Breakfast was very good with cold and hot food.

My room was ready so they let me check in a little early. The first receptionist was very helpful. I found the room to be very comfortable.

The location, the staff was very good. My double bed was two sigle beds just placed in one bed frame, not good for a couple!

I liked that it was a very quiet hotel, which is highly unusual in the Southern Europe. It would have been better to have more vegetables at breakfast.

Location was very good. Walking distance from most of important venues. Very quiet environment. The Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was fair. The room was a little bit small for three beds and three persons. There were no place to charge mobile phones beside the beds, only behind the TV.

Location was city center. The rooms were dirty and suffocating. There was no air circulation. You open the window for air and it's way too noisy. Hotel Parking was charged 35€ which is very expensive.

Nothing about this facility was acceptable or habitable. The location is sketchy and uncomfortable, I did not feel safe. There is nothing about this hotel or the area that I liked. When we walked into the lobby, the smell of mold was overwhelming. The carpet is threadbear and dirty. The room had an overpowering smell of mold and mildew, even with the window open. The bed did not look habitable. We elected not to stay at this facility and left once we had seen the room. Although the booking said it was non-refunable, I was hoping since the conditions were unhealthy and dirty we would be able to get a refund. I emailed the hotel and they said no. After seeing the place in person, I have to assume the photos on line are fake. This hotel is not a three star facility - I would give it a one star.

The place had a good and quiet location. The room was equipted with everything we needed (we had to ask for towels at the reception). The breakfast didn't have to many options.
