Hotel Boston

Lived the location and the staff Breeds were not the most comfortable but they were ok

First, in the hotel facilities was written Parking, which does not exist. You are forced to use a payed city parking, two blocks away, for 35 euro per day. After, we were given a small (around 10 m2) dark room just next to the hotel entrance, with not properly working air conditioner... We was not able to sleep.

I loved the location on a quiet street in a busy area near the train station. The hotel was so clean and an escape from the noise outside.

Welcoming and helpful staff - especially Lorenzo., who I met on arrival and with whom I had interesting discussions and learned about some traditions . The central Mercato and great restaurants are steps away and the train station was easily accessible . The views out the window of my room … .although a change of room when available was offered but I was comfortable and spent much of the time outdoors anyway.

Hotel Boston was a lovely place to stay. The hosts were great and very helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our travels and the garden out back was so peaceful and relaxing. There is an elevator which was fantastic. It was also very clean and our room had a great bathroom and new tile flooring throughout. There was paid parking at the corner of the road only 5 minutes away.

The location was great. The Wi-Fi was wonderful. The bed was the best. Everything was great

The hotel was lovely. It has a great location close to the station. The staff was incredibly kind. The rooms were clean. The garden was very relaxing. Breakfast was exceptional. We stayed in May. It was incredibly hot. The rooms were miserable at night. The rooms were so hot and if we opened our window the street noise was so loud it was impossible to sleep. Our sleep was beyond miserable. We asked for the ac to be turned on but were told it didn’t matter the temperature, there would be no ac until June and the hotel staff couldn’t turn it on. So as much as we liked the hotel, I couldn’t stay in that room again. The sleep was just too poor and miserable. If we had a room that faced the garden, I think it could have been possible to sleep and enjoy our stay.

Loved everything.. I don't remember the names of all the hotel staff, but Sylvia in the breakfast room was wonderful, knowing that we liked capucchino, she made 2 for us, as soon as we walked in, and remembered that my favorite pastry was a slice of cake withe the mixed red berries on top, and brought some out for me... also Lorenzo and William at reception, were very helpful and friendly, and we had may interesting chats with them. Everything was great, but would have liked the fridge to be colder.

Good Location, great breakfast, cleanliness, nice staff The room was very small and the toilet was separated only by sliding door, just 1 m from the bed.

Second visit there.Always enjoyable .. Staff is very friendly and accommodating... Had friend and cousin visit and they weren't permitted to come to my room

Great breakfast included in room fee and the room was a very good size. Excellent bathroom facilities. Lovely colorful, modern decor throughout the hotel. There is a beautfiul outdoor patio to sit in but unfortunately many people smoke out there so that ruined that beautfiul space for me.

AC wasn't cold enough. I think breakfast should be served earlier than 8am. We didn't get to enjoy it. Other than that, everything was great. :)

The rooms could have been colder via the air conditioning. The shower was a little tight. It would be nice to just be able to get coffee and sit in the garden outside of the breakfast buffet hours. The coffee bar area was so nice. Maybe that was available, but it was not obvious to me. Or a glass of wine.

Close to the central station, very clean, staffs are very nice and helpful. Very good breakfast. All good

The location is fantastic -- close to the main train station and the city center. I would love to come to visit again.
